Hi everybody, this is Omnia from Italy.

I’m not new to PE world, I’ve tried in the past many forms of penis enlargement (mainly jelqs, stretches, squeezes) but due to inconsistency I’ve never gained much from that, just half centimeter in length and 2-3 mm in girth. My inconsistency, which I’m responsible of, was guided from a very strong fear of getting injured… just a couple months after I started PE I had a lymphatic vessel injury that left me very frightened (fortunately everything’s healed now).
In July I became familiar with the AM and The Oscillator, I reported an increase in EQ, so I decided to give it a try.
From the beginning of August I’ll start a training session that will last till the end of september in which I’ll scrupulously follow Janus’s guidelines. This session incorporates:

- Daily AM for 30 minutes
- Oscillator for 30 minutes, one day on two days off
- Vegan diet, salt free, with a 500 kcal calorie surplus, macros tracking (2500 kcal/die, 140 gr proteins/die, I’m 1,74 cm and 78 kg)
- 3-4 times a week cardiovascular training (15-20 minutes upper body HIIT followed by 20-25 minutes sprinting)
- I’ll take supplements for NO2 production and magnesium chloride

My starting measures are:

17,5 cm BPEL, taken from sitted
circa 13,3 cm EG (13,5 at the base and 13 below the glans)

Good to see you are starting a new journey,

The only problems I currently see would be the amount of time spend on cardio per session. Personally, I would stick to no more than 30 solid minutes. This means minimal breaks and focused training. Other than that, everything looks good. Here very soon you will have another exercise you can add as well. This one should be VERY helpful, however you only want to start incorporating it after you get a hang of the Angion Method and have started doing it regularly.

So here we are! After a couple weeks of warm up, just the time needed to master all the stuff, I’m officially into it!

I’ve added to the routine the fulcrum by janus, his last exercise, one day on and two days off, the day following the oscillator.

It’s counting from now guys! Let’s start ๐Ÿ˜œ

Yes I am. I’ll be considering my EQ, morning woods etc. If it gets better, I’ll start to add something, viceversa if it gets worse. This is an experiment so, like all the experiments, it can fail. So even if I gain just a little, that would be great. At the moment I perform AM with 5 sets of BE and PR, that’s about 25 minutes.

I have a question for janus, what do you think about adding Yohimbine HCL? It’s an alfa2 blocker, I bought a couple bottle months ago for slimming purpose but I’ve never used it.

I forgot to say that with the fulcrum I started with 2 series of 10 repetitions each for each side, I’ll increase the number of the series looking at the indicators of growth.

Yesterday I started to practice a 25 minutes long HIIT session, focused on lower limbs, iโ€™m replacing sprinting with this kind of training because itโ€™s basically the same but can be practiced in a room. Needles to say, after months spent on training skeletal muscle without making any cardio, starting my cardio session with a HIIT protocol in the beginning of August, really sent me almost in the paradise of PE.

After 8 days of practice I can handle 30 full minutes AM without losing erection. Penis looks bigger and heavier when flaccid, strong morning woods, but not more veined. Canโ€™t wait to measure to the end of September. Hiit really fatigues me, due to this really god days. Iโ€™m kegeling during am, think itโ€™s right. Stay strong guys

Something strange is going on. I have very strong morning woods but from a couple days till now, I can’t maintain it erected anymore. That can be easily due to my mindset, I’m a little bit depressed in the last period and in fact yesterday night while mating my cock was not hard as usual. Very strange. I’ll take a couple days break

UPDATE

After a couple days break, today I woke up with a very strong boner. I saw my dick as bigger. It looked bigger to my eyes so ,as soon as possible, I grabbed my ruler and measured over 17,5 cm BPEL from sitted and 13,5 cm girth. Never measured 13,5 in girth, neither when having very strong boners. I’m not going to say anything else, the end of september is still a long way and I really think you’ll read some good news here guys. Stay tuned. Now’s time to make some HIIT ๐Ÿ˜‰

I really hope to write some good new within one week-ten days. If my dick hits 18 cm BP and goes over 13,5 so that’s definitely proof of growth without any doubt. I really hope so
