Using Heat During Decon?
I’ve just begun to use heat before and after my extender sessions. I have also changed my routine to try the “less is more” approach in lieu of the 4 plus hours per day approach. I have a few questions for the forum.
1.) I’m doing 2-3 35-40 minute sessions throughout during the day (morning-midday-evening) 4 Days on one or two day(s) off, depending on PI.
2.) Heat 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after, also heat during.
3.) Before the first daily session I stretch including V-stretching as part of the pre-stretch (10 minutes).
I’m thinking of doing heat only on off days for 30 minutes sometime during the day.
My main question is does anyone think that the heat will help encourage growth during my decon days.
Please let me know what you think about the heat alone days and my new routine. I will be grateful for any feedback. Thanks gentlemen!
