This is my first post.

Years ago I did some manual exercises, but I dropped it after I stopped seeing results.

3 month ago I bougth an extender and some other devices , and started to use them to some success, around 8 mm, going from 18,5 to 19,3 (bone pressed).

I am keeping a extremely detailed long containing any hours, measurements, progress pics, illustration schemes etc, in an effort to document this the best possible way and to help visualize the growth in graphic manner, not only with photo but also graphs relating the extender hours with the measurements, ratios, plateaus, etc.. I think will be fun documents.

The problem is this seems to be too slow process, painful, tedious, and if you see the same measurement over 4 weeks, that plateau will probably discourage the whole thing.

I want to endure the process, but I am wondering if anyone ever tried to schedule a planned forced stretching, something around going 1mm past the BPFSL, each week.
That would be forcefully induced using the stretcher as a torture rack, once every day, and then using extender at low tension (600-900grams) for the prescribed 8-12 hours a day.

May sounds aggressive, but that is the expected growth suggested by studies anyway, so wouldn´t it be possible to induce a warranteed stretching this way?
I don´t think there´s a risk of injury because it would be very gradual, 4 milimetre a month, and then plenty of extending time to accomodate .

Anyone tried this?
Otherwise I will test it on myself and report, along with the mentioned log, graphs, etc.

I’m not sure about the forced stretch every so often, definitely proceed with caution.

I always run my extender at max tension and quite frankly I couldn’t endure anymore than I am currently pushing it, which is every cycle.

I love tracking my progress in excel. You can see examples of my tracking approach on the first page of my thread.

Be consistent and safe and the gains will come.

Well, i can’t say much about that, because my motto is “pleasure, not pain”. Basically that’s completely opposite approach. To do without plan for certain result in time, extreme intensity and so on. Sometimes my PE session is barely 5-10 minutes. I can do small warm-up after waking up, use small-mid pressure with few jumps to very high in pump and rolls to circulate blood after. And that gives quite good results even for slow gainer like me.


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

The idea would not be to stay at max tension, and keep torturing hours sessions like that, but to use the stretcher as a simple tool to ensure the flaccid stretched length reaches 1 mm more/week , in a more scientific stable manner, for enough time to just take the measurement. Then proceed as normal, with a extender session, which is not to exceed 900 grams.

This could be done once a day or every other day, and only moving forward to the next milimitre after 7-10 days.

This way there would be few chances the penis isnt going to be stretched and given the time to accomodate the stretch

Ok I´ve been using this method for a 40-50days and it´s working. I am addign 1 milimitre each 4-5 days to the flaccid stretched length , measured in the extender. It is painful though, but I am confirming the increments consistently.
So I increased the stretched length by half a cm in a month or so

At first I thought it may be that I turn the screws with increasing force, making the penis itself stretch more within it´s tissue limits or the extender device pressing fatpad with increasing force, faking results a bit, but this is not the case because my indicator is not only the ruler but the fact that I add length to the extender until the stretched penis is so rigid that I can only stand it to point forward, but can´t make it point downward due to the extreme tension in the penis shaft. So if this tension relaxes over the week and I am reading additional milimitres to the ruler, means it´s lengthening.

The rate of increase is incredible but doesnt seem to be translating to BPEL immediately..

The procedure I follow is:
1- intense manual stretches: a stretch, v stretch, lengthmaster etc, until I can check BPFSL is temporarily increased by at least 0.5cm
2- then with that added elongation and preparation, I put on a noose type extender and add tension throught the screws to extreme tension. I had to customize the device a bit to allow me to get the penis head grip before mounting the top piece on the bars, otherwise would be impossible to attach with so many extension bars to achieve maximum tension with the little length the screws can add.
I extend as much as I can stand, but knowing my limit since I´ve been only adding 1 mm daily and giving my body time to get used to it, til I found my limit and knowing my ellasticity. I won’t go beyond unless the tension is relaxed by elongation.
The penis septum is so rigid that no matter how hard you choked the head, it´s gona slip bit by bit when tension is extreme. However it´s alive tisue and the length that´s unachievable today, is achievable tomorrow.
After I achieved the scheduled length in the torture rack, I take it off.
3- I then add as many hours of extender at low tension, under 1000 grams, over the day.

Repeat everyday. No rest days for lenght work
Every 1 in 3 days I clamp (increase in girth seems to be massive, but this is a whole different thing)

Every 15 day I do bathmate session, mostly to use it as ruler. I pump hard as possible to if I can’t reach a mark now and reach it the next month, means an increment ( I say this obvious thing because I tend to measure in so many self fakeable ways that I deceive myself sometimes).

Next month I will update to confirm or deny consistency of the progess and method

Let me guess; you’re trying to hurt yourself right? You really don’t want to take the time to do it the right way so you don’t get hurt. Hey you’re free to do whatever you like but I’ve been at this for more than a decade and what you’re doing won’t end well. Good luck and I hope it all works out for you.

At least in theory this would be similar to hanging: applying high tension, short time.

Differences is, however, that this method would only stress the shaft, and would not be scheduled as a planned weight with sets in the hope that would induce micro tears or induce growth,(these may in fact never come to happen properly), but this method would directly schedule a goal, and so we´d be applying more force if needed, to break the strengthened fibers that may be blocking the progress.

It´s painful as hell, yes.

But This in theory may solve the problem one could find if the penis refuses to understand the hang pull as an invitation to grow, or has strengthened enough over past training, to be in fact inmune to further elongation, and we are unaware of the need to more weight.

This would be solved by in fact breaking the tissue by minimal amounts but regularly, to effectively induce healing an elongated tissue.

It´s literally torture, to be honest.. But it´s working amazingly. I risk ending with the most scarred deformed penis out there, I guess.. Haha.

You are right I guess but I am being careful.. I don’t turn screws more if things are too tight.
Can septum be ripped off without a pain warning? But even if something tears, the extender is in a fixed position that won’t go beyond. I removed the screws for this, so if ever caused a micro 0.5millimetre tear, that´s it. It won’t go past that.

Of course I advice no one to do this.
It´s a warning: don’t do this. I am the lab monkey here.
