V-stretch question
I have been doing PE for about 3 months now doing the Newbie Routine.
I want to start adding v-stretches and think I am conditioned enough for it.
Do you think it is better to set aside a day solely for v-stretches and do it for 10-15 minutes? OR
Should I just add the v-stretches into my normal stretching routine of L,R,you,D, and SO? (If I added it to my already stretching routine than I would probably do less v-stretches because I will already be stretching a lot)
I have not gained much which is why I want to start adding other stretches, I may start doing JAI and BTC stretches soon too. Just trying to come up with a good routine.
If you have any good tips it will be appreciated.
