JAI's and V stretch question
Hey all, been a while!
Am recently single so have started back PE (as you do) and am seeing some good gains already after a few weeks using a standard newbie routine.
I have just started adding in JAI’s and my first question is, do you ever do more than the recommended 4 sets of 15? It doesn’t seem a lot of sets, also what are your rest times in between sets?
On V stretches, how many sets/reps etc do you do?
