JAI's and V stretch question

Hey all, been a while!

Am recently single so have started back PE (as you do) and am seeing some good gains already after a few weeks using a standard newbie routine.

I have just started adding in JAI’s and my first question is, do you ever do more than the recommended 4 sets of 15? It doesn’t seem a lot of sets, also what are your rest times in between sets?

On V stretches, how many sets/reps etc do you do?

You have enough experience to go by feel. Don’t worry about what other people do; they don’t have your penis. If you are seeing results off what you are doing, don’t change it. When you do, do as much or as little as feels right to you. That’s what I do anyway!
