V Stretch
Hi everyone,
Question: I m thinking to put in my newbie routine the V STRETCH EXERCISE, as reccomended in enlargepenisguide.com.
Is it good?
I think to do this routine:
2 days on, 1 day off - for 4 weeks
5 min. — Warm up
5 min. — Power stretch
5 min. — V stretch
5 min. — Circular stretch
10 min. — Wet jelq
5 min. — Warm down
50 reps kegels for day
What you think about?
I’ve been making newbie routine by 2 days, it’s good, and I would like increase session time .I d like to know for your opinions about
