Vacuum extender vs vacuum hanger

As a newbie, what would be the better choice - Monkey bar’s vacuum extender or hanger? I have read about both and cannot decide between the two. Can someone with experience with either or both of these list some pros and cons?

I don’t have experience of neither so maybe I shouldn’t answer… But I myself would go for the extender, lower force over a longer extent of time.
