Vein Thrombosis - Which Aspirin To Buy

So yeah basically, I’ve overworked my dick and now there’s a hard vein leading from the bottom of my balls all the way up to my top shaft on the underside of my penis.

I’ve concluded that it’s a vein thrombosis and from this site,

It said that I should intake 82mg of aspirin per day.

Now, which aspirin should I buy? There are like 10 types

Go buy a bottle of generic baby (81 mg) aspirin at your local drugstore. I’m not sure it will really facilitate the resolution of the thrombosis, but it’s unlikely to hurt.

If you have inflammation, you may want to try a higher dose (normal sized aspirin — something like 325 mg, I think), or use ibuprofen instead.

Since most of the clotted veins I’ve had weren’t only clogged (thrombosis), but clogged and inflamed (thrombophlebitis), it seems to me the primary purpose of taking an NSAID is reducing the inflammation. I doubt a single 81mg dose of aspirin per day is enough to accomplish this effectively.

I’d take aspirin 300mg 2-3 times per day or an equivalent dose of ibuprofen. After a week or two I’d either drop the dose or discontinue.

Most important is to not keep physically aggravating the vein. Believe me, if you do the damn thing will take forever to heal.

This is my opinion. I’m not a doctor, blah, blah…

I would definately add Ibuprofin to the mix. The daily baby asprin is fine, but you’ll get much more anti-inflamatory effects from adding 300-400 mg of Ibuprofin 2 -3 times a day like Hobby said. That ammount of asprin 2-3 times a day would tear my stomach up. My understanding it’s the frequency that’s important, 2 to 3 times a day is vital for it to actually help. If you’re lazy and just pop some ibuprofin before bed, etc… you might as well skip it.
