Hey all,

This is my first post here, and I just wanted to say how excited I am that I discovered this website. I started doing the newbie routine 2 weeks ago. Before I began, I measured myself. My NBPEL was just under 6 inches with my BPEL at about 6.25. Just measured myself today out of curiosity and my NBPEL is just barely over 6 inches with my BPEL at about 6.5. I’m absolutely ecstatic. Though I feel like 2 weeks is far too short to have any gains. Could this be a temporary gain due to my member not being used to this? Both times I measured I made sure I was as hard as possible. Regardless, this has made me incredibly happy. I haven’t measured girth because I don’t have measuring tape.

Also, I am not actually really unhappy with my size. Obviously I wouldn’t be opposed to size gains. But the main reason I began this is for my erection quality. Is jelqing the primary exercise for increasing erection quality?

Edit: Thought I’d throw in my goals too. I’d like to reach 7 inches NBPEL. My girth goals will be determined when I figure out what I am at now.

After reading, what was Your EQ before PE? How it’s now? In my opinion the difference can be caused by better EQ. Don’t be depressed, but i think this is not a gain… yet.

After all, You improved Your health after only 2 weeks. Isn’t it beautiful?

Keep on going, read a lot and don’t push things too fast.

Thanks for the link! So what I’m seeing there is that PE in general will improve EQ, but over-training will reduce it. Makes sense. If the increase in length is due to improved EQ that’s good enough for me. Just knowing my penis is healthier is a wonderful feeling indeed.

After 2 weeks, more than likely EQ type gains but I wouldn’t be surprised if 1/8” of it was real growth. You may be one of the lucky fast gainers, but don’t get over zealous and start adding in more advanced exercises thinking your gains will come quicker. Stick with the newbie routine and watch your PI to keep your penis healthy.
