VERY hard gainer, nearly 13.5 years in

Hello everyone,

I started PE way back in April 2006. I have been doing it on and off ever since, and since I started all those years ago, I have virtually gained NOTHING. I am not 100% sure of my exact starting measurements, but NBPEL was less than 5”. I gained a little when I first started, but since then practically nothing. In that time I have done countless routines - manual stretching, jelqing, pumping (mostly Bathmate) and in the last few years ADS. Something that has always made PE a lot harder for me is having foreskin and turkey neck (a LOT of it), in combination with my small size.

I have more body fat now then when I was younger and my current max erection measurements, depending on how I measure are 4.75”-5” NBPEL, 5.5”-5.75” BPEL and ~5” girth. And these are only at absolute MAX, typical erection size is less than this, like literally around 4.5” NBPEL at most.

My penis has ruined my life, I have had NIGHTMARE experiences due to my size and it has robbed me of ability to enjoy sex.

For all these years I have wanted at least 6” NBPEL and more girth (there have been times I have felt practically nothing during sex), but LENGTH has always been the main thing. My dick has never been much more than around the 5” mark.

I am getting very despondent at this point tbh and starting to think that surgery would be the only answer. I am currently in the process of trying to lose bodyfat and using an ADS mod along with Bathmate pumping every other night, and hoping something significant happens, but I don’t hold out much hope tbh.

If there is ANY way I can reach 6” NBPEL or more through PE, and someone helps me to achieve this, I will be eternally grateful as this would literally change my life.

(already posted this on another forum, copypasta’d it to here to maximise my chances of help)

So you’ve been doing PE consistently for over 13 years?

I know it’s hard to believe, and I was concerned about people not believing it.

I don’t want to believe it either, but it’s true.

On and off, but more on than off. The longest I went without doing any PE whatsoever was around 2 years, 2012-14.

Have you tried constant heat? What did your routines consist of?

Tried different heating routines, cloth, shower, bath. Even tried without warming up and down, this was recommended to me elsewhere more recently.

All different manual stretching routines, jelqing, pumping. I have done it EXTREMELY religiously at times without fail. Since 2017 I have also tried ADS. I bought a Phallosan Forte, then I bought a Penimaster Pro, then a cheap extender. I am currently using a mod that is the cheap extender’s bell and sleeve, and the PMP’s belt.

In the past I have measured my penis in such a way to try to convince myself it was bigger than what it was, out of desperation. But if I’m honest it was probably never bigger than 5.25” NBPEL at absolute max erection, despite claiming to myself 5.5” NBPEL or above at times.

I have never heard of ANYONE else in the same situation as me with this, this is what is so depressing. But I assure you it’s no word of a lie.

What makes the whole thing even worse is that I’m 6’ 3” in height with my penis size when taller guys tend to have big/above average dicks, it’s fucking humiliating.

Could be you have been slowly gaining all this time but the equally slow accumulation of bodyfat has neutralized those gains. 13 years is a major chunk of a person’s life, and it’s enough time for someone to move through at least one, maybe two, phases of life and begin putting on a fatpad. You mention this, but you might be discounting how seriously degrading the fatpad can be. Also, I didn’t start making good gains until I got serious about pumping—doing it smart, diligently, and safely. It was kind of a religious moment for me.

What was your pumping routine ? Minutes, pump pressure, erection levels upon entering the pump, days on/off etc. Also what other PE did you do if any with the pumping and what kind of pump ?

Don’t get surgery, whatever you decide to do, do NOT get surgery.

Coming from someone who currently has a penile implant which has increased, my girth and flaccid length, but no erect length gains which is what I was most concerned about.

I’m just about at your size, as far as erect length and I can 100 percent say getting surgery was one of the biggest mistakes in my life. Erections feel like a punishment, to the point where you don’t even think about sex, like for me it’s a good day if I can get an erection without being in crazy pain. I can not wait to have my implant removed, and go back to my natural dick.

Was it the Penuma implant ? I was thinking about saving up to have this done one day. I know full well there are horror stories surrounding it but I’m at a point of absolute desperation after PE just simply not working for me for all these years. The fact is, I ultimately need 6” NBPEL minimum because anything less than this in the West is small, I don’t give a fuck what the surveys say. What I’ve currently got (less than 5” NBPEL) is completely fucking useless for sex. Imagine having that after 13 and a half years of PE. Words cannot describe how bad that is.

What was your erect girth increase from the implant ?

Maybe your routines were not as intense as they should be. Have you ever tried kegels and DLD exercises? Those are good for jumpstart gains

Yes, it was the Penuma implant by Dr James Elist, I think I’m one of his youngest clients to get the procedure performed. Only 20 years old, and have 0 previous experience with PE in the past.

I know the feeling brother, I’m at around 5.2 NBPEL and it fucking sucks, I hope to give PE a try once I have the implant removed, and to answer your question erect girth is improved due to simple fact the girth of the implant is thicker then your penis, therefore forcing your skin to stretch to the implant. While having almost a 6 inch girth is nice, the pain isn’t. Imagine something sharp stabbing against the glans of your penis every erection you get. And to be quite honest I don’t give a fuck about girth right now, my only focus at the moment is length. Similar to you, my goal is at the very least 6 inches. I also can’t imagine trying and being committed to PE for 13 years, and seeing no results. The only reason I’m a little bit optimistic is I’m hoping once my implant is removed and I go back to my original 2.5 Flaccid length, and I am healed. I can get committed to loosing my fat pad, and doing PE for years to come. Just whatever you do, don’t get the implant I can go into more details if need be, but it’s not what you think it is. And at the end of the day there is 0 erect length gains.

I have never heard a story like mine with someone having so many years of PE with so little results, so chances are this will NOT be you. There are guys who gain 2”+ in half the time I’ve been trying.

As for getting literally no erect length gains whatsoever from the Penuma implant, I’ve never heard that before. I’ve heard of horrible complications at some point after the procedure, but not zero erect length gains.

I too am a hard gainer, and I’ve been doing consistent PE week in, week out for real for 16 years, with the only exception being ccasional months off due to injuries and/or weird pimples I sometimes get from pumping. I also have tried a lot of different PE strategies and techniques, from jelqing to clamping to “horse” squeezes to air pump to Bathmate pumping to adding heat with a heating pad before I jelq.

Most recently, I shelled out $400+ for the full LG Hanger set.

What has kept me going with PE is 1) the fear of losing size if I stop. 2) the fact I have zero hope of ever growing if I were to stop.

I did see newbie gains in ‘03, then I essentially plateaued for a good decade. I began to see noticeable gains after buying the Bathmate in late 2012 and jelqing and doing lots of hard squeezes afterward.

To make sure I wasn’t doing my routines all wrong, I did sign up for one of the professional online coaches about two years ago and have kept that up, although haven’t had any real measurable gains despite spending around $650 so far. I view that as an investment that might someday pay off.

Overall, not counting the time I began LG hanging this year (which now equals 2 hours per day), I’ve probably averaged 1 hour per day for 4-5 days per week of focused manual PE since ‘03.

So I would also suggest trying out one of the PE coaches, just to make sure you don’t have any blind spots in your routines that are preventing you from gaining. I suspect that even at your very slow gain rate, you could probably still make 1-2% growth per year if you are doing things correctly, which eventually does add up if you keep committed.

MARCH 2003: 6.3in LENGTH, about 4.25in GIRTH

FEBRUARY 2020: 6.9 in LENGTH, 4.6 in GIRTH (Results of 17 yrs nonstop PE)

NOW: 7 in length and 5 in girth after a 10-min bathmate warmup. This achieved my minimum goal. Had big breaththough after years of plateau

This kind of gave me hope/made me feel I wasn’t alone, but then I searched your post history and found that you don’t seem to have done manual stretching in all this time and that girth was your main focus. I have done countless manual stretches over all these years and literally nothing, apart from minor newbie gains when I first started in 2006. You also have never tried extenders, I have within last 2 years and I don’t think I’ve gained anything so far.

Short term goal: 5.25" NBPEL by 31/12/2019

Ultimate goal: 6"+ NBPEL x 5.5"+ girth. Hoping to reach 6" NBPEL by 20/5/2020, my 37th birthday

Dream size: 8"+ NBPEL x 6"+ girth

Hey man, I’m sorry to hear you’ve not noticed any results so far.

I’m at nearly a year of PE with no gains myself and I’m 24… it’s definitely discouraging. Especially the fact that I just recently injured myself two weeks ago. I now have a crater wound on my dick that is certainly taking its time to heal… ugh. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I hope I’m not stuck with a crater dick or scar tissue that gives me Peyronies or hinders gains even more… I’m doing it for myself but it’s even harder when the woman I love has told me her ex of 9 years was bigger than me and another guy was even bigger than him “fucking huge” in fact. She thought her “vagina was gonna break”. I even asked if he was a lot bigger (stupid) and she said yes.

Yeah. Part of me died that day haha.

Hopefully you don’t have that to deal with at least. Fucking sucks man.

But hey, if you really have been consistent this long and not seen gains and are considering more desperate measures, I’d check out phalloboards. Lots of experience and wisdom over there as far as implants and fillers.

Pro tip. Don’t get implants!

However, fillers tend to be the way to go and as far as permanency, pmma seems to hold up well for some guys and they’ve had it for years. Of course there are ones with horror stories as well… educate yourself obviously but that’s definitely a good place to look if you haven’t.

Good luck man
