Hard Gainer
Hello everyone. Glad to see that I can start posting now. Pretty new to PE. Started 1 June 06 and I’m now hitting my 2 month mark. My starting measurements were:
BPEL: 5 14/16”
Girth: 4.75”
Not exactly a monster. Lol. It also doesn’t help that I’m a really big guy. 6’5” tall and weigh in at about 235. Needless to say, a sub 6” dick on me looks miniscule. I’m not too happy. I’m also one of those weird guys who’s bigger at the glans than at the base. Great mushroom head.. But that’s about it. To be honest.. I do like the look of my member, but I just want it bigger. Sigh.
I’ve been doing a modified newbie routine in combination with pumping to help address both length and girth issues. I can currently maintain a 3 day a week workout routine which is about the best I can do with my schedule. My routine looks pretty much like this:
Warm Up: Hot Shower with stretches for 10 minutes.
Continue Warm Up with heating pad and manual stretches for another 10 minutes.
Stretches include all the basics.
Pump 1st Set: 10 minutes 5-6 HGs
Wet Jelq: 100x (3 seconds each)
Heating Pad Wrap: 5 minutes
Pump 2nd Set: 10 minutes 5-6 HGs
Wet Jelq: 100x (3 seconds each)
Heating Pad Wrap: 10 minutes
Cool down stretches.
I used to do this routine 3x per week twice a day, but that got too difficult to maintain and junior was starting to complain. See I don’t have much down there in the way of girth. My dick when it gets hard, is like a steel rod. It’s incredibly strong, but it just seems like my pump and jelq exercises are like doing it to a piece of steel. If I relax and let it soften up I can get in several good jelqs before it just become too ridged again.
My current size is: 6”
Girth: 4 15/16”
So that’s 2/16” of inch in length and girth gain in 2 months. What can I do to improve things?
