Help for hard gainer

Help for hard gainer

Been hanging now for around 2.5 years with very little results(5mm!)My lot is around 7.30 but I tried s/o and upwards angles for 6 months but still no gains.

A month ago I felt the fatigue hanging straight down and I gained another 0.5cm in 2 weeks. Now the fatigue has gone and the little gains I was getting have stopped.I am doing exactly like I did when I saw the gains so why has it stopped.I can’t hang anymore weight as it is too painfull. My unit does get sore but I don’t get the fatigue feeling if you know what I mean.

I’m totally gutted because after so long trying it’s a real downer and there’s no point carrying on.Any ideas?

Congratulations on your gains, jo! ½cm in two weeks is impressive. What’s your routine like, and what kind of hanger are you using?

We need detail information before anybody can help.

I dunno, s’n’m, I feel uncomfortable about giving that sort of personal information out over the Internet…

Alright, alright, here goes:

I’m a male, mid-thirties, I live in North America. I wear a size 9 EEEE shoe, love Indian food, I’ve got this weird patch of chest hair that kind of fell out, and I spend, on average, and hour a day on penis enlargement exercises.

Hope this helps.

Hey Jo90,

Welcome to the hard gainers club. If you’ve maxed out on weight, consider:

1) a different hanger
2) a different wrapping technique
3) more heat
4) hanging more weight for shorter periods of time
5) ss4jelq’s routine, including hanging with a fulcrum
6) taking a 2-3 month deconditioning break, after which you resume at a much lower level of intensity.

The fact that you gained at all means you are physically capable of gaining. Please provide more information about hanger type, weight, numbers of sets, wrapping technique, etc.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

Jo, this sounds like the classic case of the guy who tends to heal fast. I need some info. How much are you hanging? How often do you hang? Are you consistent. If you have any long breaks between sessions, how long are they. Do you do any ADS? Do you use any heat packs prior to or during workouts? When you say you can’t hang any more because it is to painful. How long has it been since you increased weight?
