A different "Staying Hard in the Tube" question

Ive only been pumping for a week now and really enjoy it so far. Ive noticed a few times that its hard for me to get hard in the tube w/o higher pressure then releasing some of it once its hard. Sometimes it seems that when the pressure is on 4-5hg that my skin (not balls) is being pulled into the tube tightly but my cock is still kinda limp. Then other times I get a nice full erection while maintaining a constant 5hg’s. I never enter the tube or being my pumping sessions with a hard on. Im usually soft and slowly pump my way to an erection but have ran into problems like stated above. Anyone else have these problems or know a way to over come it?

Get at least as hard as you can, watch porn or something. Then while in the tube keep kegeling and try to keep as hard as possible. If you have to, release the pressure once you feel you are completely erect and then apply the pressure back. Main thing is to kegel while in the tube because it will help draw in the blood and get you erect.

Eventually I do get hard in the tube but like I said. The pressure at the base is very tight and the tube gets full from my cock and skin thats been sucked in but sometimes my cock is still kinda limp. I have to apply more pressure (around 6-7 hg) sometimes for it to get fully erect then I release back down to 5 or so.
