VIDEO MEASURING Better than picture measuring

I just wanted to mention that I’m going to measuring using video. I’ll be using the video from my phone and hanging it over the edge. I also considered using a cam to video it.

Benefits of video:
-Can concentrate (literally) on your erection instead of taking a picture
-Hands free
-More perspective on the real look from different angles
-Measure consistently

Most people seem to simply take *picture* of their gains. I think a better solution these days is to simply take a video if your measurements. This way you can extract your pictures later (just take a screenshot of the video).

A good method might be to get a light next to a desk, let the camera hang off the desk while recording, and begin measuring.

And also when you video-measure, make sure you get a full view of your pelvic area at multiple angles, but do it methodically. A good idea might be to begin recording while you move in a small circle slowly with the penis down. Then, try holding your penis straight out while spinning, etc.

After you’re done, hide it in a windows file system folder and change the extension. .Tp might be a good extension!

If you’re brave, you could even post example videos.

Any ideas or methods to standardize this could help newbies really gain motivation.

I’m measuring on video as well, but its for my eyes only.

That’s actually a pretty good idea especially since pictures have always been difficult for me. My only issue is making sure to have a video camera that is a high enough quality as to make the measurements just as clear as a digital camera, and to stay still long enough to prevent any possible blurriness. I may experiment with this to see how it compares to taking regular camera pictures.

I think phones these days have great resolution. My droid 2 has fantastic video resolution. For regular cameras, I know there are ways to record video for a certain period of time - the problem is probably balancing it in some fashion. That shouldn’t be too hard though with some wood + nails or some duct tape.

Oh I see. Despite the fact that I keep up with technology when it comes to computers and such (I enjoy pc games from time to time), I am still stuck in the past as far as having a quality phone camera or video camera. I am planning on getting another one soon though so it is reassuring to know that there are no quality problems.

No I don’t mind at all. If you want something similar for your sig then go ahead :) . I am pretty sure there was another member that had one like this as well.
