vig rx with jelq

i just started vig rx and starting to jelq. is it recommended to take something like that when jelqing or is jelqing enough with out the pills.

I take L-arginine before my PE session. L-arginine is the main ingredient in vig rx, so if you want to save some money, just buy the pure L-arg. I like the way L-arg just about spells out Large!

I took Vig rx for a few months but now take Vitamin Shoppe L-Arginine 500mg , 100 capsules about $7.77 on sale and find my erections last longer, Yet I also think it is do to PE.

I also took VigRx for a couple of months and made good gains. Trouble is, was it the pills or the PE that did the trick?

I have to say I DID feel extra blood flow early on.I felt like your about to get an erection but it didn’t happen.

After I finished the pills, my gains get coming for a little while (hit a plateau now Arrgh!), so I don’t think that the pills are the reason for the gains, but probably did help somewhat.

what kind of gains did you get? if you dont mind

I gained about 1.5” in length and only a little in girth (about 0.25”).

As I said, I think they helped my gains, not made my gains.

What does L-Arginine do exactly?

If It’s that cheap, then I may as well go for it ;)
