Well. I have stood aside of this D3-vitamin debate for a while but now I would like to say something.
I have tried 35000IU per day for a two months during my PE journey. But it wasn´t the PE that triggered this treatment initially.
It was my psoriasis and this was very helpful experiment for it. There are studies with large amounts of D3+ K2 for treating skin disorders like psoriasis etc. Some of them indicate good results and some of them not. Very few had gone toxic and some of them showed unhealthy serum calsium levels which could be dangerous for patients kidneys etc.
In my case lesions healed and what was really tremendous was the fact that my big toe nails were almost completely detached and in very bad shape for years, are now intact and almost perfectly healthy. Official medicine still have no real cure if you are losing your nails badly with psoriasis.
I was completely off for about two months and lesions started show again and color of the big toe nails started to show unhealthy signs.
Now I am on my second gear with 50000IU per day for two months and then will go screening my blood.
Serum calsium levels can elevate if not drinking lots of water and avoiding dairy products on users diet.
For the PE point of view I have to say it was my worst two months of my otherwise productive PE journey.
And I wouldn´t be too hopeful if someone goes to try it.
If you go then avoid dairy or any kind of calsium enriched foods , minimum of two litres of drinking water daily and blood screenings are mandatory.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)
