Want to do PE, but scared of injury

Hey guys I’ve only been doing PE for a little while now, but after reading that one post in the “newbie” forum about that injury story.it scared the shit out of me. He never had any pain, and was on a newbie routine, then out of the blue his dick got all messed up, really bad. When I first found out about PE I was so excited, I never really thought there was a true method to make your penis larger, but after reading that post I don’t know what to do.I’m scared to keep doing PE.

Begin lightly, your confidence will improve with time.

Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Bodybuilding has also a risk of injury, but is being performed by millions around the globe. The reason they accept the risk of injury is that the risk is worth the gain. Also when they are smart, they read a lot about bodybuilding and minimize risks of injury this way. The same applies to PE.

Well I don’t lift as much anymore. But I do still swim for my university. I understand what ur saying about pushing yourself and physical injury and being able to recognize when you’re reaching that point. The thing that gets me about that guys story is that.well jesus he didnt seem to push himself to hard, he never had any pain, it seemed like everything he did was normal, and then out of the blue he gets all messed up.it’s not like he was trying some crazy technique or something.

A friend of mine plays soccer at Saturday morning. I once watched a game of his and when he ran, just like normal, to the ball he tore his hamstrings off.

There will always be strange injuries, which fortunately are unlikely, but is worrying about them really worth it?

One of the most important things you can do to prevent injury is very simple: ejaculate less.

No more than once a week. Even less maybe.

This may sound strange, but if you keep my word, you’ll see your penis will be thougher than ever :)

Good luck.

I have a girlfriend, once a week isn’t possible.

Firstly, link us to his post. Lets see what went wrong with the guy.
Secondly, There are nearly 60,000 members (hope im right)on this forum, most of whom pratice PE and the remaining are just here for knowledge and fun. I wont say that all of those guys who PE are safe from injuries. There are many lucky guys who have never had a problem or injury and there are guys (like me) who have been injured due to PE at one point or the other.

I think most injuries happen because of lack of knowledge of PE routines or due to plain carelessness. Either which ways injuries happen. Ive been at PE for the past two and half years and have come to believe that injuries can be avoided 100% by a better understanding of the Penile anatomy, PE exercise routines, proper understanding of the importance of rest days and most importantly listening to what your body is telling you. What applies to one person may not necessary apply to another. So listening to yourself is very important.
As long as you draw the line there is no cause for worry. Moreover, reading other people’s post and participating in the forum is very essential in order to gain a better insight into PE.

There are some vets here on this forum who are more than willing to help newbies. Seek advice. Its better not to think you have understood everything when you havent grasped a thing. There is plenty of information on this forum which can help you in many ways. IMO, for every one person who has had a injury there are atleast 100 people who havent had any. Dont be scared. Work your way up slowly. You cant get a bigger penis in a day. Slow and steady wins the race. Good luck.

Walk slowly but never backwards.

Here is that one story.

Injury story

Well, that guy did two things that aren't part of the newbie routine:

1. Jelqing past the head
2. Jelqing with high erection

I am not belittling his situation, it is horrible, but those are the facts.

I think your paranoia can be a good thing. Always better to err on the side of caution.

I haven’t PEed for awhile, but when I begin again (within a week or two), I am going to do the newbie routine, and I will be starting at 5 minutes, and increasing by 1 minute every week or so, until I hit 10-12 minutes. And I am pretty sure my cock is fairly conditioned from my longterm pumping. In PE, slow and steady wins the race. ;)
