Warm up advice
I have been warming up with a washcloth that I put in hot water since I begun PE 3,5 months ago. this week I tried the rice sock. Man! this is the best! A lot warmer for a lot longer, no mess with the water, just great!
The only problem is that the rice burns and it stinks like hell. I put the sock in the microwave for 2 mins. When it’s about the fourth time that I use the same rice, it starts to burn and I have to leave the kitchen’s windows open all day (which is not great because it is getting pretty cold around here at this time of year.)
Anybody has advice? Alternative warm up technique, alternative sock filling?
