Warm up tech and stretch tech
hi,
my goal is to add some lenght to my about 6 1/2 by 5 1/3 one, i already ask about it and the answer is to focus on stretches.
what i don’t understand from videos and routines is the warm up tecniques (if there are alternatives also) and the strenght to use for stretches, i mean, what should i feel to understand that i’m applying the right pull on the tendons?
