I enjoy the warm up aspect of my workouts , personally , and the only real injuries I have had , came when I did not warm up .
The method I use is to take a hand towel , thoroughly moisten it with warm water , fold it in half length wise , then roll it up like an egg roll .
I then microwave the “egg roll” for a minute or two to heat it up . I always then unroll it quickly , and check that the temperature is not too hot , re-roll it , then wrap in snugly around my cock like an Ace Bandage .
I then put a plastic bag over it , and then over that , I put a stretch ankle sock ! It keeps the whole package nice and snug , and also helps keep some of the heat in .
I need to wear a pair of briefs , or a jock to support the weight of the warm up package .
It goes together quickly after a few times , and it works really well for me , and I use this to warm up , and to warm down . Especially nice in the cold Maine Winters !
