Like Tube said, a rice sock really is worth the while. You pop it in to the microwave for about 30seconds and you get almost 10min worth of heat out of it. Before you slam the rice sock round your cock though, make sure that the damn thing is not to hot, as you’ll get a nasty surprise. I use the rice sock myself as it is easy to hide, after the warmup in the microwave, on the way to where ever you do your routine.
I found that before I start my routine to tug on the penis, say about 20 - 30 times, gets it in shape much quicker for the routine, especially when the cock tends to pull back a lot. A tug is just a quick pull forward and release.
The 5min pump and 5min jelq sounds a bit on the short side (no pun intended). I would suggest on doing 300 to 400, 2-3 second jelqs. On the pumping side I would suggest nothing less than say 20 min, but I would post on the pumpers forum to get the best feedback from the experts.
