Watching TV While PEing?

Just a quick question.

How many members (see what I did there?) actively watch TV or something similar while PE’ing? Have it found it negatively effects gains?

Heavy Metal

I hang while I am working, from home obviously. Take video call meetings, no issue. I vacuum hang so there is no time pressure as with compression hanging. I prefer to be doing PE while not thinking about it, beyond making sure my technique is ok.

I hang while using computer, smartphone, playing games, reading books or studying.
Used to pump/clamp while looking at instagram or porn.
I could easily do hang while watching discovery channel, animal planet or something like that.
I don’t know if it affected gains.
