Any suggestions? I have been an avid and sometimes competitive cyclist for over 15 years. Occasionally during and after a cycling workout, my member does do a very good turtle impression. I am looking into getting one of those new hollowed out saddles, but am very leery about getting back on the bike.

Did you have other insight to what causes the turtling in general?

I know what kegels are and do them regularly but am at a loss to understand what reverse kegels are. Could someone please enlighten me?

I remember BG saying fowfers work great to prevent turtling when sitting down. You can probably do some jai stretches to prevent it standing up.

An easy way to understand kegels is to take a piss…

Stop the flow of urine. You’re doing a regular kegel.

Now, make the urine come out faster. (It helps to have some toilet paper or a turd to target with your pee.) You’re doing a reverse kegel.

I bought a Terry saddle 4 years ago and haven’t looked back. Very comfy even on longer rides (20+) miles. Minimal numbness but let’s face the fact that we’re parking our meaty parts on a piece of unsprung hardward for long periods. You’ll still turtle and in large part I believe it’s because you’re using the majority of your available bloodflow to power your legs and not your dick.

Oh yes, forgot to mention, took 3 years off from cycling (road bikes only please) and then hopped back on and the only thing that went numb was my lungs. For a change my ass didn’t hurt the next 3 days from my saddle. I like this one.

I’m not sure, I’ve never really had any interest twords pills. Some do help blood circulation and help erections. But you always need to consult your doctor before taking any.

Don’t forget foreskin restoration! It’s not an easy fix like pills, but your reward for the months and months of tugging is increased glans sensitivity, improved flaccid girth and length, and an actual functioning foreskin, or “fauxskin”, however you want to say it. Nothing beats the feeling of that skin sliding up and down over the head!
