A few years ago I pumped for maybe 1 hour every day for 6-7 month. I gained absolutely nothing. The only thing that happend was that my erection got extremely week.

I have also tryed jelqing for many month. Absolutely no gains. The only thing that happend was that my erection once again got very week.

What I’m I doing wrong? I’m I maybe doing it to hard? I don’t know what pressure I hade in the pump because it didnt have a vaqummeter.

After a pumping or jelqing session my cook look very swollen/big so I know I’m not doing to little anywawy.

I want to have a bigger cock but I don’t know what to do. I’m hanging right now. I have been hanging for mayby 20 days now. I hang 2lbs for mayby 10 hours a day. Absolutely no gains.

Can anybody give me some tips? What shall I try now? Nothing seems to work for me.

Hey Skitola welcome to the forum. Sounds like you are a hard gainer. I’m not going to tell you to use the newbie routine because it already sounds as if you are well conditioned from your previous routines. What I’d do were I you is increase the weight you hang with maybe up to 5 lbs. Although 20 days is a short period of time to expect gains. Prior to your hanging try some wet jelqs in the shower this will serve as a warm up and also break down the walls of the tunica. You may also benefit from staying extended all day after you hang to allow you unit to heal in an extended state, my preference for this is either a traction wrap or fowfers. I actually believe staying extended is probably the most beneficial thing you can do for yourself because it is in the healing phase that you are able to grow and the state your cock is in when healing begins is going to determine how it grows so don’t allow yourself to turtle up. Any way that’s my advice so good luck and keep it up it will happen it just requires you to stay focused and learn to overcome some of these obstacles we all face during the course of our PE careers. One last thing you may want to consider nutritional supplementation Arginine or tongkat ali might help with the weak erections, check out the supplements forum for more info.

I also belive in doing some work om the penis and then try to keep it stretched as many hours as posible.

These last 20 days I have been jelqing and then hanging for 10hours a day.

I have been thinking about buing ADS, maybe I will do that.

I will try to hang with hevier weights.

I also belive I’m a hardgainer. I have no problem with doing A LOT of PE och hang for extremely many hours, but I have a big problem when my erections are getting week. They ge very week. So week that I can’t have sex.

Sounds to me like every time you do PE you go way overboard in an ill advised attempt to make rapid gains and end up doing the exact opposite.

What you should do is read up on the proper way to do the PE method you chose and start off nice and slow and take your time building up your endurance to the routine.

For instance, I have been pumping for years and have never pumped for an hour. So for you to have started off pumping everyday for an hour a day for 6 months meant you were going way way way overboard and you got the standard result of no gains and loss of erection strength.

Start at the newbie routine, nice and easy for a couple of months and when you choose a specialty such as hanging or pumping, start that off nice and easy too and slowly build up your endurance. I think you will find that doing things nice and easy for a while will bring on the gains that doing things hard and fast and long failed you.

Yes, start over with consistency and realize this is a very long term commitment. 10 hours a day hanging is ludicrous, I’m sorry. What do you hang with? What is your age? A little more information and more guys may be able to help you.

You are doing TOO much of a good thing. It’s time to reevaluate and start again. Pumping is great, but pumping like you did 7 days a week for 1 hour or more and not knowing the vacuum pressure is way overboard. Your penis is way overstressed and you’ve probably been compromising its good blood circulation with such an overdone program. RECOVERY time in PE is just as important as performing PE. The good news is that you can begin anew but do it better this time. One key factor as you PE is to be sure that your ability to get an erection after you PE is always there. If not, then take a break for a day or two.

Less is more for me and for some of the other slow gainers here. I’m currently doing 2-3 days per week, 3min stretchin, 15min jelquing. Try it for a while, measure carefully and repeatedly to see if your trend is up.

To be more exakt, I do not hang, I stretch. What I have done is this. I take a 2 lbs weight. I hang the weight in a rubber/elastic band. I mesure the lenght of the band when the weigt lifts from the floor. I then take the rubberband and tie it aroung my foot and around my penis. I make shore the rubberband is stretched to the lenght that gives the 2lbs stretch. In that whay I kan streth all day long under my pants and nobody can see it.
I’m 30 years old.

I can also mention that I exercise a lot and eat very healthy food so my body and health is in very good condition.

I have never been able to get an erection after pumping or PE. When I was pumping I was pumping realy hard and when I do PE I go at it realy hard to. I will take a few days of rest now and then I will try again and this time I will do a lot less.

I often just jelq for 10 min but I realy kill my dick doing it. You have made some incredible gains I must say.
