Weight Seems Heavier Sitting Than Standing?
So I usually stand when I vac hang for 1 hour. I’ve been doing for about 2 months now at about 5-6 days/wk, 1hr per day, all standing now at 4.5kg. My schedule/privacy access will not allow anymore. I do girth about 1-2x/wk, mainly on off work days when everyone is asleep and occasionally ADS about 6-8hrs/day if work allows it. Recently I wanted to play Xbox and when I sat with same weight, it felt WAY heavier, almost painful, why is that? It made me take off 1kg for it to feel stretch but not painful. Is this normal?
Also, I have yet to see any gains in length since I started vac hanging. I know optimal is 2hrs/day but read that gains can be achieved at 1hr/day, just slower.. How slow can it be? Any ppl with 1hr day experience chime in?
