What do I need to change?

This contains two questions:
1) best way to maintain gains
2) following hanging plan problem
Im currently in my 4th cycle of vacuum hanging. Im doing 1 month of work then 3 months decon. My current routine is 2 days on 2 days off for 1 month with:
20 min: buildup from 0.5kg to 2.25kg
30 min: heated with 2.25kg
10 min: cooldown with 2.75kg
My strain is still very inconsistent and now 0.2cm difference so very bad. Also my strain didnt increase at all in comparison to the 1st cycle. All of my attributes came from TotalMan.
Im also a bit frustrated about TotalMan. He sells all kinds of stuff but doesnt explain that its not that easy as hanging weights on your dick and magically gains will appear, but he sells it that way.
Its like selling a closet from Ikea without a building plan.

Im also doing this just to maintain my gains, anyone know a more easy way to do this. All my gains came from jelqing if thats important.
