What Do You Guys Think About My Routine And Suggestions

My dick size is BPEL 6 and 4,3 inches in girth , that’s why I need some girth gains ,here is my routine: warming up , stretching , then I start jelqinq for 25 minutes but instead of just jelqinq I also do some ULIs and jelq squeezes between jelqs and in the rest 5 minutes I do the sadsak slinky exercise. What do you guys think about it and I also need some exercises for head enlargement can you guys suggest some exercises?

How about sticking with just jelqing and stretching for the first 3-4 months?

I have been jelqinq for 2 months. I gained 0,5 inches in length and 0.3 inches in girth but I really want to focus on girth gains.

Why would you stop what’s giving you gains? Many make the mistake of adding more when they are already growing.

I know that these kind of things requier time , determination and patience but after I see one of my friends 6 inches thick penis , I felt insecure and decided to focus on girth to enlarge my dick faster

There’s no such thing as faster. Faster when I comes to PE only means faster to injure yourself.

Like some of the veterans have said. Stick with what’s working.

While I’m new at PE, I have a pretty good history in medicine. Being a newbie myself I can only offer one piece of advice; Talk about how you’re feeling. If your feeling your mind put pressure on yourself to start adding more things to your routine because you want quicker results, get on here and vent how your feeling. Just talking and getting things out there helps the mind be at ease. Even if you don’t want to post how your feeling to the forums, just writing them down can help. There’s a tip that comes from the business world that says “if you’re angry or upset, write an email to the person you’re upset with. Put in all the details of how you feel and why. When you’re done read the entire email again. After you have reread that email, delete it.” It gets the words and thoughts out of your mind and can release those trapped feelings.

I spent a good while just looking at threads here and more recently got comfortable with posting. You have an entire community of like minded people to voice concerns to or talk about ideas. Its sounds like you’ve made great gains with a basic routine. Stick with it! When gains stop switch things up. It will be echoed over and over that PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

Slow and steady brother. Keep with it.
