Routine Suggestions
Let me start with a quick summary about myself and my PE. Several years ago I had started PE and I gained relatively well. I think it was something around 1” length and. 375” girth in about a two year span. When I had decided to take a break I was hanging roughly 20lbs for hours on end. That was five years ago. Life got in the way and I put all PE on hold. Until now that is.
So a couple weeks ago I started back up. Right now I’m doing just basic stretching and jelqing when I feel like it.
My new plan is a less is more approach. Once I get everything I need this will be my full routine. At least this is the plan for now.
Two days on, one day off. Weekends off
Morning routine
Heat 5min
20 minutes stretch all directions (aided by captains wench).
5-10 minutes dry jelq
Ads (still in the air on this but I suppose it can’t hurt) for 1-2.5 hours.
Evening routine
Heat 5 minutes
Light pump eventually at 3 sets of 10 minutes, but I need to work myself back up to that.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be glad to hear them. On the plus side almost everything I’ve lost has already come back. I think I lost half an inch in length and the majority of my girth when I took a break. I was expecting to lose the girth since I never had the chance to cement those gains.
