Let me start with a quick summary about myself and my PE. Several years ago I had started PE and I gained relatively well. I think it was something around 1” length and. 375” girth in about a two year span. When I had decided to take a break I was hanging roughly 20lbs for hours on end. That was five years ago. Life got in the way and I put all PE on hold. Until now that is.

So a couple weeks ago I started back up. Right now I’m doing just basic stretching and jelqing when I feel like it.

My new plan is a less is more approach. Once I get everything I need this will be my full routine. At least this is the plan for now.

Two days on, one day off. Weekends off

Morning routine
Heat 5min
20 minutes stretch all directions (aided by captains wench).
5-10 minutes dry jelq
Ads (still in the air on this but I suppose it can’t hurt) for 1-2.5 hours.

Evening routine
Heat 5 minutes
Light pump eventually at 3 sets of 10 minutes, but I need to work myself back up to that.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be glad to hear them. On the plus side almost everything I’ve lost has already come back. I think I lost half an inch in length and the majority of my girth when I took a break. I was expecting to lose the girth since I never had the chance to cement those gains.

It’s interesting that you have decided to go for a less is more when restarting. I am restarting too and going slower is a thought which is in my mind too.

The methods you use probably are what you knows works for you. I would maybe add Kegels too. I am just a little doubtful about splitting the routine intra-day. It probably has practical reasons.

The more I read about PE, the more I am conscious about resting time being beneficial for growth. So after a session, 24 hours of resting time and a 2 days break are my choice. I’m slowly stepping up from a 1 on 2 off to a 5 on 2 off schedule in 4-6 week steps.

Clamping is best for girth. I’ve never used a Captains wench; but I’m currently hanging 15lb Straight Down on a BIB.

Believe it or not the pump routine is going to be focused on length. Just need to get a smaller cylinder. My ultimate plan is to eventually go back to clamping for girth, but I’m not conditioned enough yet.

As far as Kegels are concerned I do it all the time without even putting any thought into it so I didn’t bother adding it. The routine is broken up like that mainly due to my schedule but also because my dick doesn’t like being pumped up right after stretching. I don’t know I may still experiment with it once my cylinder arrives. Actually you just gave me an idea to use the pump with heat applied before I stretch. Maybe that can be my warm up.

Definitely try to incorporate an ADS and make sure it is comfortable. I would wear an ADS after stretching for as long as possible, but not after pumping so much. I feel like wearing an ADS after pumping would probably lead to swelling from lymph fluid and I don’t know if that would be helpful. But wearing one after stretching would help

So I decided to see if could handle a little bit of clamping. Turns out I can. I may just forgo the ads and pump in the morning with a clamp/jelq combo in the evening. I’m going to have to take it slow though.

I wouldn’t recommend any newbies to clamp this early. I’m able to because I know my limits. I am in tune with my penis enough to tell very quickly what I can and can’t handle. I can’t stress this enough, clamping can be dangerous especially if you aren’t conditioned for it.
