I’ve been working on my PE for almost 3 weeks now (Saturday will be 3 weeks).

It’s going very well.. I’m sticking with the Newbie routine and just upping the exercises a bit. Right now I’m feeling comfortable with 20 mins. Manual stretching (up, down, left, right, and straight out), about 10 mins or so of dry jelqing (I don’t go by time but rather by 150-200 dry jelqs), and a 5 min. Hot wrap with a heating pad before and after.

I’m noticing the difference already. I started out at about 7.25” BPEL and about 5” EG. My EG is about 5.25” right now, which I’m very happy about.. And my EL had went up around.. I’d say 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. My erections are definitely stronger as well.

I’m going for length more then anything, but of course I won’t complain about added girth, because I’d like to work on that eventually as well.

My stretching started out at 10 mins, (didn’t do much for me) then 12 1/2 mins, then 15.. And just yesterday I went up to 20.

15 was working good for about a week but I stopped feeling the effects so much, and after I stopped noticing a better flaccid hang for the next day.

So when I get used to stretching for 20 mins, I’d like to intensify a bit, if my member once again gets used to the routine. So basically what I’d like to know is which other length exercises might be the best in my situation.

Based on personal experience, what has helped the rest of you? I’ve read up plenty on different routines, but what would help me most is experienced PEer’s opinions and thoughts on my situation. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Persistence. And small alterations to routine from time to time. It pays off to sort of “surprise” your cock occasionally with something new.

In my view you are going too quickly and risking injury.

You shouldn’t hit 10 mins of stretching until 6 weeks into PE. What is your rush?

It will be great to have a 8” unit with damaged ligaments meaning you cannot get a erection? :(

Those who get the most from PE committ a year plus to it, in which case, there is no need to rush through any routine.

At least 3 months on the newbie routine and work smarter, not longer.

Hmmm. I started at 15 minutes stretching and got absolutely no problems with ligaments. My length gains came pretty quickly so I would not have that as a rule.

A simple manual exercise routine gave me most of my gains, both length and girth. Don’t play around with clamps, pumps, ulis, horses, or hanging until you have exhausted all possible gains from manual exercises.

Appreciate the info guys. And I understand how rushing would be bad, but the thing is that soon after I went up to 15 mins. Of manual stretching I stopped feeling it. It felt like my penis was already accustomed to the routine. Is this normal?

And I’ve heard that it’s good to “shock” your penis every now and then. Is adding extra time a good way of doing this or maybe just adding an extra exercise once in a while?
