How long have you been doing the newbie routine?
If you have 2-4 months under your belt then it is fine to add pumping into your routine, if you follow the moderate pumping style. If you haven’t read this thread it is mandatory:

I added pumping to my routine after I had done the newbie routine for about 4 months. I saw some great benefits and some nice gains in girth.
Your routine is very similiar to what mine was when I was doing similiar. I did 10 mins manual stretch, 10 mins wet jelq and 10 mins pump at 3-6 hg.
Saw some girth gains as well as some great PE benefits like increased vascularity, increased morning wood, rock-solid erections and nice flacid hang.
I only did my routine once a day.
I think its a great routine and I say stick with it and see what gains/benefits you get.
