Girth from 5.3 tot 5.5 YEZZ
Length; One time hit 6.6 inch (16.8 cm) from the usual 6.5 inch (16.5 cm). (Without cheating with the ruler)

From 11 juni til 10 juli I have done the following routine. (2 on/1off)

CLAMPING
6 sets of 10 minutes

STRETCHING (total 30 minute’s till max 1 hour)
forward
downward
V stretches (inverted and the opposite)
A stetches ” ” ”

I want to give my pe a total different opproach for next month, so my penis will get confused of what is going on.

Any suggestions? (especially for length)

Ahhh, I’m working on the same theory! Just be careful when you switch things up that you take it slow entering the new routine, I went overboard and have had to take some time off. :)

If you’ve been clamping but not jelqing, why not throw that in there? Maybe throw 300 wet jelqs at a low erection level, jelqing downwards to add some tension to the ligs in before your stretches (since you’re going for length).

Do a search on : LDP stretch, JAI stretches, and DLD Blasters.

I change routine every month. My Pe began at 11 feb 2005. The clamping goes ok.

Everybody, in about an half hour I am going to begin the folowing routine.
Tell me what you think about it.

3 * 10 min clamping

300 jelqs downwards at low erection level with a sec hold at the end of every jelq

10 min jai’s

10 min LDP

I cut all the above in half. It’s a new routine. I begin easy.

Is there anyone that can give some USEFUL threads about DLD blasters??

DLD describe’s them in a thread he made in ‘02. I don’t understand step four.

He clarified that with a link, but the link does not work anymore.

I seem to remember that Girtha (or somebody equally knowledgable) suggested holding off on any clamping until you’ve hit all the length gains that you want. Since you mentioned you were going for length, I was suggesting the jelqs instead of the clamping, not in addition to. Just my $.02

I’d also add, that in my opinion, it’s pretty easy to overdue the blasters. That wrist fulcrum really adds a lot of power to that stretch. Pay particular attention to those.
