What is the best PE routine for a beginner, and how should I continue
Hello again,
I’ve read lots of posts on here, which display the progress some guys have had doing the penis enlargement exercises.
I browsed a lot and have knowledge of the following exercises:
-Ultimate jelq
-One-hand jelq
-Power stretch
-Circular stretch
-V stretch
Any missing?
For a beginner,
How much time should a session last? Consisting of which exercises? How much time each?
How many days should I work, and how many rest?
For how long should I stick to the beginner level?
And then what should I do for the intermediate level, and advanced
I am willing to make this sacrifice
