What is the best way to progress with the BM?
Ok here is the deal.
I am doing manual stretching and jelqing and for some days now I have added a BathMate in the end of my session.
I started slow and I am adding minutes.
I did it like this:
Day 1 : 3m
Day 2: 3m
Day 3 : OFF
Day 4: 3,5m
Day 5 : 3,5m
Day 6: OFF
Day 7: 4m
Day 8: 4m
Day 9: OFF
Day10: 4,5m
I am adding 0,5 mins every 3d workout and I can already see gains in girth.
I ll do this until I ll reach 5mins.
Then I think most people recommend after 5mins set to take out the BM and massage for like 1 min and put it back on in order to do the next set and so on.
And that the most we should do is like 3X5 mins. Am I correct?
Now when I ll reach the 5m… then how am I gonna progress from there?
Should I do the 5min set and then take it off… and put it back on for like 0,5 mins and keep adding volume for the 2nd set as I progressed with the 1st set?
I always like being careful and adding things slowly and I am finding that its also more productive.
