My Progress Report.

36 year old Caucasian male here who recently started a PE routine. As of now I do 12-14 A-stretches and 4 sets of normal stretches including straight out, where I actually drag my schlong in every direction too, for a short while, and end it by doing the helicopter straight out.

Then I do 100 dry jelqs, started out with 60 though now I’m like 3 weeks in, if memory serves me right. I then end my routine in my BM X40, doing 2-3/ 3-6 min sets. I only do the BM to make sure my schlong hangs long and full all the time.

Also my manual routine is done in front of an IR lamp. Total routine time including the BM is about 50 min, takes a little time emptying and refilling my BM tube. So about 25-30 min manual time and approximately 20 min BM time.

Haven’t measured yet, and will still wait a bit longer before I do so. So far signs/PI’s I think you guys call them are awesome, as in a longer and fuller hang, even when I from time to time take a day off. I’m the type of guy whom needs to do things almost everyday for it to become a habit, though if my nightvwood feels sore, or I’m having trouble getting erect I’ll put it on pause for a day or two.

I’m also on TRT(for about 3 years now, T.cancer, one removed), on 40mg of Paxil for reoccuring depression and s.anxiety, 10mg of olanzapine for my sleep(it’s actually an anti-psychotic though also used on an insomniac like me) and lastly I’m on 70mg of Aduvanz/Elvanze which is the highest recommended dose for my ADHD. Just recently started on the ADHD meds and it has been a God sent, for me at least.

I try not to be this honest IRL cause it seems like many/some humans tend to take ones honesty as weakness and even sheer stupidity.
Though I’ve chosen to be honest on here as it, from my reading on here, seems to be a very welcoming and tolerable group of guys, for the most part.

I must say though, I feared the ADHD meds would reek havoc on my EQ and flaccid penis, but no, my flaccid hangs low and full as long as I do my routine and my night wood almost seems to be better than in my teens. Not even slightly joking.

Despite being on ‘all’ these meds I’m in pretty darn good physical shape as working out and walking my 2 dogs several times a day has become my new vices. Used to be a dope fiend until about 2 months ago, you might say my psychologist and her finding a Doc who specializes in drugs/ADHD has saved my life and given me prolonged life and a better outlook on it all.

I know I might come off as straight out dumb or maybe worse, ignorant at times. Though according to IQ tests done while being thoroughly assessed to find out what was ‘wrong’ with me psychological wise, which is ADHD a neurological state that one is born with, I scored way above the average.

Not trying to brag though, as it came as a surprise to me as well and still trying to believe the IQ points she told me I scored. And now she’s trying to talk me in to going to University to get a Bachelors or even a Masters which I’m not too sure that I want to do, so much obligation and of course crowds and crowds of young and aspiring people.

To anyone actually reading all I wrote, thank you, I’m not the peoples person I wanna become and once used to be, though practicing and learning everyday.

Monday, 2’ND of September:
14 A-stretches, 4 sets of 5 directions regular stretches. 100 dry jelqs, 3 sets of BM 1/3.5 min, 2/4 min, 3/3 min.
Total time 51 min. 32 min manual, 21 min BM.

Had Sunday off and noticed today I had it a bit rough getting even semi erect for my BM routine. Don’t know exactly what caused this as I usually don’t have any problems getting erect, even after 30 min of my manual routine.

Night and morning wood was good though, as it always seems to be. Doing my routine quite early in the morning/ afternoon so guess my schlong gets enough time like that to recuperate before bed time.

Tuesday, 3’d of September:
Early morning 06.52 did 14 sets of A-stretches and then decided to put my extender back in business. Did my stretches in front of my IR lamp, of course, and will now only do one longer set of BM pumping everyday, anything between 5-12 min at a lower pump force just for that fuller hang.

Extending at 16 cm of peg length, as it’s that ‘Andropenis’ goes by, not just the force though it does contain springs as well. Doing quite comfortably extending at this length though will try to put a 0.5 cm peg or two onto the extender arms when taking my first piss pause.

Coming to the realization that it’s my extender that gave me like 2 cm of extra BPEL and NBPEL I might as well start using it again for as many hours a day that I can manage.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I’ve got plenty of time on my hands, between walking and training my dogs(Guard dogs, and of course the best companionship in this world), working out, praticing my Deutch(learning my 3’d language, hopefully) and reading and writing. The wonderful thing with the extending is of course that I can multitask.

Had no thought of putting it back to use ever again due to how time consuming I used to find it, though now, being on ADHD meds, I’m much more patient and prone to get things done and have a strict regiment going everyday.

And this will be the perfect thing/excuse for not binge drinking in the weekends, I want a huge penis much more than getting beyond drunk.
Besides that, I tend to become an aggressive a.hole when drunken out enough, wanting to fight, and other moronic behaviour type of stuff like that.

This will also become the first time ever I’ll be able to thoroughly track and record time spent extended and, potential, future length gains.
Girth I’m not too concerned with for the time being as pumping a little everyday, keeps my girth thicker than the inside of a toilet paper roll.

I’ve tried putting that in my mouth and find it a bit hard to be frank. Also, this woman I’m fucking told me that her BF had told her she felt a bit looser than usual after she had been with me. He somewhat knows I’m fucking her, as he travels a lot and had become a porn addict, having problems maintaining erect while fucking his own girl. Yes, they live together and all.

Note to self: My long time memory kicked in and finally remembered it was 14 cm I started extending at some years ago. Did 45 min at 16 cm to start out with this time around, though greedy as I am I now put it on at 17 cm extender arms length.

Feels pretty darn comfortable this time around, and for my own sake I will do some thorough measuring this evening, before early night bedtime.

I’m pretty certain I’m around 18 cm NBPEL and approximately 20+/- cm BPEL. Been a while since last time I bothered to measure, though gonna do myself the favour of actuallytracking every miniscule detail in this round of extending.

Now it’s some more learnings of ‘der Germanske sprache’, es ist wunder schøn fur mich, Ich denken.

Second note to self: Put on another 0.5 cm peg, now at 17.5 cm extended length as 17 cm went smoothly for my 45 min round. Gonna go for 1 hour now and if that runs smoothly as well I’m dismantling the 0.5 cm pieces to mount the 4 cm peg on and say I started out extending at 18 cm this time around.

Been in the extender for 15 min at 17.5 cm already with zero discomfort of any kind and no problems with too much tugback when putting it on so I think 18 cm should not be any sort of problem.

That’ll make my starting out point 4 cm longer than compared to my first serious round of extending, where I started out at 14 cm as advised by the manufacturer. As I was just a little over 16 cm NBPEL pre-extending, and they advised to start out extending approx 4 cm under erect length.

Going this fast much due to having done manuals and pumping consistent now for about 3 weeks. Maybe I’m biting over more than my unit can chew, so to speak, though time spent extended will soon tell me if I’m too ‘gain greedy’ or not.

Last note, of the day, to self: 30 min in at 18 cm, will go for at least 45 min and then go out and train my dogs hence giving my unit some rest time.

Hope I’m not rushing it though and start experiencing pain behind the glands as I ended up doing on my first extender journey.

2 h 33 min in and looking good, maybe a slight hint of discomfort to be honest with myself. Just hope it doesn’t turn into direct pain.

Then I’ll go down 0.5 cm and hope it goes away instantly.

Tuesday, 3’d of September: 14 A-stretches and 6 hour extended time at 17.5 cm.

Started out at same length today, though might go up another 0.5 cm depending on how long I manage to go this first round of the day.

First session start at 09.30, Wednesday the 4’Th. Getting up earlier tomorrow, need all the hours I possibly can get for my German practice and extending.

This will be my last round of extending so gonna get all I can from it. Goal is 19.5- 21 cm NBPEL. Going at it until I have no more pegs to mount on the arms anymore, and then exhaust it by going 2 months on max extension/tension.

During this period I’m also gonna be able to have everyday conversations in German and figure out what I’m possibly going to study next year.

Guess I’ve made this a sorta life progress report.

Fyi: I started out extending a few years back at 14 cm as my BPSL was 18 cm, hence making it 4 cm shorter. Numbers I often mess up.

Going into hour NR.4 now, even did a meditation session of 25 min in front of my IR lamp while extending.

My thinking is that the increased growth hormone production will aid in my time consuming endeavour. Think I’m going to do at least one more meditation session like that.

Starting to notice though, that the problem isn’t really the noose, but rather the base of the extender causing light/moderate pain in my pelvic? Bone.

Wednesday, 4’Th of September: 14 A-stretches, 4 sets helicopter, 6.5 hours of extending and 2 sets of meditation while extended in front of IR lamp.

Set NR.1- 25 min, set NR.2- 15 min.

Going to implement at least one set of meditation everyday and make a habit out of it.

Thursday, 5’Th of September: 6 hours and 15 min of extending. No manual routine nor pumping, given up on pumping for the time being.
2 sets of extended meditation. First set: 35 min, Second set: 15 min. Both in front of IR lamp.

Already noticing that my schlong is a bit longer and fatter while flaccid AND erect. My goal is 6 hours a day, and 4 as the minimum.

Not sure how long I’ll be going for, though aiming at 4- 6 months of dedicated extending.

Also noticing that my schlong is getting more accustomed to being extended at 18 cm of length so might add another 0.5 cm after 2 weeks, maybe next month so that way I’ll know that I’ve exhausted any potential gains from the previous extended length.

Might also do my A-stretches and helicopters/ straight down stretches for some extra boosting of gains I already know are on the way. Sure, extending is time consuming though at the same time it is one of, if not the only researched and proven to work method there is.

I have full faith in me gaining this time around as well, it’s really just up to me to stay consistent and dedicated, which I most definitely will.

Will be satisfied with 19.5 cm NBPEL though 21 cm NBPEL is my ultimate goal this time, hence me being so thorough, as in meditating in front of IR lamp AND doing my manual routine at least every other day, though will most likely do it everyday.

Did not use an IR lamp, meditate not even a manual routine first time I gained from extending. Hoping the extra stress from a manual routine, the heat and boosting my G.H levels via meditation does the trick. So I can call this a type of experiment, adding in other variables to hopefully aid in my gains that will come with time and persistence.

Friday, 6’Th of September: 8 hours 5 min extending. 14 fulcrum/my wrists stretches at 30 sec holds in front of IR lamp.

Did the last 2 h and 20 min at 18.5 cm, so I jumped up another 0.5 cm much sooner that expected due to my ‘gains greed’. Gotta be honest with myself. Though will go at least 2 weeks now before adding anymore, I think.

Will see how I manage today at that length and if need be I’ll go down to 18 cm again. Also did 3, 15- 35 min meditation sets. 2 of the sets were in front of my IR lamp while extending, as usual.

Still getting things done while extended like reading and practicing my German.

Starting off a bit late today as at around 01.00 this night a jealous and drunk B.F came and woke me up. He thought his whore of a G.F was at my house, fucking me again.

Saturday, 7’Th of September: 6 h 10 min of extending. 14 A-stretches in front of IR lamp.

Did 3 sets of meditation as well, 2 in front of IR lamp.

I digress: Came to the realization this night that I actually do have a big cock…guess I’ve got a case of ‘body dysmorphia’ and used to struggle with low self esteem. Still gonna continue on this journey for 4-6 months though, but at the same time I FINALLY am starting to feel satisfied about my penis.

Must be honest too, I’m actually 7.5” BPEL, not 8, as my signature says. Just trying to ‘live it, fake it till I make it’ by having 8” as my stat.

It’s just that I saw last night, when out drinking what a truly small penis is…I was at a nachspiel where the guy who had it was pissing in the toilet where upon I tried to enter the toilet as he was urinating and I happened to catch a glimpse of his penis. Not trying to make fun, it’s just that I came to the realization by actually facing the fact that I’m pretty big compared to, dare I say, most guys.
