Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

My Progress Report.

Wednesday, 18’Th of September: 4 h 20 min extending. 16 A-stretches and 8 helicopters.

Was away this day to go see my ADHD Doc so lost almost 9 h of possible extending time. Got up at 04.00 in the morning to get my first 2 h in as I knew I would be dead tired when arriving back home. So pretty happy with getting in over 4 h considering how many hours I lost.

Did 1 set of extended meditation that day and 1 sesh while not extending. Meditation has become an integral part of my life by now which is really good for my mind-fullness, boosting growth hormone, anti-aging and boosting my immune system. And it works wonders for my social anxiety as well.

Have started breathing through my nose only, thought my nose was too fucked up on the insides after years of snorting acidic type of drugs to be able to do so without invasive nasal surgery. Though I read somewhere that the body will adapt, recuperate and fix the problem on it’s own, and so it seems.

Thursday, 19’Th of September: 6 h extending. 16 A-Stretches and 8 helicopters.

Did 2 sets of meditation around 20 min each while extended. Though now I can achieve a meditative state in a couple of minutes by my newly improved breathing pattern.
The less one breathes a minute, like 2-4 times of focused, deep and relaxed breathing, filling your lungs all the way up from stomach to right beneath your collar bone will get you there almost instantly.

Also took off the 3 mm piece and switched it out with yet another 5 mm one thus making my extended length at 19 cm now. Started out at 18 so that’s 1 cm more of extended length in just under 3 weeks time.

Feeling confident I’ll have all the pieces to the extender arms mounted on the extender within a month. Just have to give it some more time now between adding pieces as I’m soon extending beyond my FBSL.

Friday, 20’Th of September: 6 h 30 min extending. 16 A-stretches and 8 helicopters.

Also meditated 20 min while extended right after manual session.

SWITCH UP! Giving up on extending as some old scar tissue broke out to a small sore/wound right behind my glands again, making extending way too painful to even bother keep doing it.

My new routine: 10 A-stretches, 4 sets of 5 directions regular stretches finished off with 100 dry jelqs. Will do this 35 min routine morning and evening.

I start off by warming my unit up for 5 min while doing kegels in front of my IR lamp, and do my whole routine with constant heat from the lamp.

And will meditate for as long as I can after each session to boost growth hormone production. I also do Intermittent Fasting on the daily, as in I fast for 6 h every morning after waking up which also boosts growth hormone production.

Just now did my evening routine and finished off with 30 min of meditation with subliminal reaffirmations playing from my head phones.

Feeling really good about this routine and my unit is hanging both fuller and longer now than it used to do after a day of extending.

My ‘secret weapon’ will be to maybe, in the future add a 3’d session mid day. Just have to see how this will go. I will most likely not take any days off, though it will of course depend on my night wood and EQ or PI’s as it’s referred to on this site.

Wishing myself tons of gains and luck, on my way to having a seriously huge tool. I know for sure I’ll get there with time and consistency.

New routine, done both morning and night: 6 min warm-up while doing 5 sec hold kegels, 12 A-stretches 30 sec holds, 6 sets of ‘dynamic’, 5 way regular stretches 30 sec holds. Finished off with 120 dry jelqs. And then straight to 30 min meditation, might meditate for longer than 30 min though.

The whole manual routine is done in front of a IR lamp, furthering the distance from lamp to my junk as the routine goes in. Keeping it quite close during warm-up and A-stretches to the move it a bit further away before regular stretches, and even a bit further when jelqing as to not over heat my balls.

Just finished off my morning routine and it lasted for 46 min and 30 sec, so approximately 45 min, which makes my total, daily, PE time 1 h 30+ min. And I then meditated for 35 min. Hoping and thinking me boosting G.H production via fasting and meditation will aid in me gaining.

I know this sounds like a lot, and maybe even too much, though I’ve learned from doing PE on and off over the years that my unit is pretty darn stubborn, requiring as much work as I can muster up, to actually grow.

Have also quit drinking coffee and switched it out with black and green teas. I tend to drink a lot of warm drinks so it just became way too much caffeine by consuming coffee all the time. I do also drink litres of water a day.

Saturday, 21’Th of September: 3 h 53 min extending. 3x 16A-stretches, 3x4 sets of regular dynamic hold stretches.

Saturday was my last day of extending due to the fact I got this weak scar tissue that always tears and turn into a sore behind my glands. Making extending a straight out painful experience.

Also meditated 2-3 rounds around 20 min each.

8"BPEL- 5.25"Girth

Sunday, 22’Th of September: Warm up while kegeling for 6 minutes, then 12 A-stretches, 6 sets of regular dynamic hold stretches in 5 directions and 120 dry jelqs. Did this routine twice with 6 h rest in between. Meditated for 35 min after round 1 and 30 min after round 2. Each manual PE session lasted approx 47 min.

Will follow this routine religiously for some time now and add in a 3’d round every now and then to shock my unit into growing.

Jerked off some hours after my second routine was wrapped up and my oh my what a EQ I had, literally ROCK hard. Good night/morning wood too.

Great job Rafaeldosanjos! Keep up the awesome work and it’s inspiring to see you document so well. I, too, have ADHD. Diagnosed just 2 years ago or so.

ADHD, is a neurocognitive disorder of inattention, impulsivity, and sometimes hyperactivity(inner restlessness counts too b/c adults learn to hide it). What’s interesting is, ADHD’ers tend to be very bright; many have normal to high IQs, and can hyperfocus on activities they love with little or no breaks.

What makes it a “disorder” versus a variation of neurotypical brains(theories out there suggest ADHD exists for a reason and sometimes betterment of society, i.e. Ice age, inventions, art…) is that it wreaks havoc on our relationships, occupations (hard to keep jobs), and academics(ADHD’ers struggle with how current schools teaching methods are and don’t provide enough accomadations.)

ADHD affects 2 of the most important neurotransmitters in life: Dopamine and Norepinephrine. Life could not be possible without both. If you have a deficit of one, its debilitating, but a deficit of both really affects executive functioning. Normal people/ neurotypical people have no problems prioritizing, have good working memory, can complete tasks, and sustain it without much problems because their dopamine and norepinephrine rarely gets depleted in doing mundane tasks. ADHD’ers require greater stimuli, tend to be adrenaline junkies, have more speeding tickets and greter chance to be in a wreak, addiction to “ines” like cafeine, nicotine, amphetamine, and other drugs that floods our braine with “dopamine” and adrenaline.

I am happy that you got diagnosed, many do not and suffer unnecessarily for decades. You are smart, driven, and will be sucessful!

Thank yo so much for a very informative and insightful post, knew some of it vaguely, though you really did a good job of describing it more in detail.

You also kinda described my life in a nutshell, especially regarding relations, mundane tasks and the “ines”. Been addicted to so many things through my life though now after being properly medicated I’m only addicted to caffeine(green- tea)and “snus”, a type of tobacco you put under your over lip.

Heck, I might even end up going back to Uni now that I actually can focus so much better. Who knows, all I know is that my outlook on life is much, much more positive.

Hope you’re doing well too and thanks again, did not expect such a type of response though thoroughly appreciated it.

Monday, 23’rd of September: 12 A-stretches, 6 sets of regular ‘dynamic’ stretches in 5 directions and 120 dry jelqs.

Did meditate for 30 min after each session/routine.

8"BPEL- 5.25"Girth

Thursday, 24’Th of September: Did my regular routine 3 times. 47 minx3 in total. Meditated after each set as well for 30 min and 15 minx2.

Might have been a little over kill doing it a third time though, so will stick to twice a day from now on. Still had good night/morning wood, though I could really feel that my unit had been worked hard during the day.

8"BPEL- 5.25"Girth

Wednesday, 25’Th of September: Warm-up with IR lamp while doing 5 sec hold kegels for 6 min total. 12 A-stretches(maybe I’m naming it wrong as it’s actually fulcrum stretches, using my wrists as the fulcrum?). 6 sets of 5 directions regular, dynamic hold stretches finished off with 120 dry jelqs.

Did this routine twice, as usual with 30 min of meditation to boost G.H as usual.

Whole routine pr usual done with constant IR heat, which I think is key for actually gaining. I also wear cotton/thermo wear under my pants as it’s getting pretty cold outside which aids in always keeping my junk good, warm and always hanging at it’s best potential.

Thinking of maybe adding in some light B.M pumping as well every now and then, just to completely fill my unit up with all that G.H filled blood coursing through my veins.

I’m noticing really, really good Pi’s as in rock hard night/morning wood, a much longer and fuller flaccid hang even until the next day and no problems getting erect when I feel like doing that.

Will measure every Sunday and maybe even having that as my rest day. Thing is I’m the type of guy that kinda needs to do my routine every day for some reason, will monitor my Pi’s and gains closely though to tell if rest day/s are needed, so far it doesn’t seem like it.

8"BPEL- 5.25"Girth

Thursday, 26’Th of September: Did my routine twice as usual and meditated for 30 mins after each session.

Thinking of doing 3 sessions today and/or mix in some light pumping.

8"BPEL- 5.25"Girth

Friday, 27’Th of September: Did my normal routine twice pr. usual and did 2x4 min of pumping with B.M after second session.

Also meditated for 2x30 min, one time after each session. Measured 20 cm BPEL length after pumping session. A new personal best for me so I’ve decided to implement B.M pumping into my routine and will only do a routine once pr day from now on.

New routine, once daily: 5 min warm-up while kegeling 5-6 sec holds, 16 A-stretches 30 sec hold using my wrists as the fulcrum, 8 sets of regular/dynamic hold for 30 sec stretches, 160 dry jelqs finished of with 2-3 sets of max 6-7 min each pumping sessions in the shower.

And of course, lastly, but not least, approx 30 min of meditation, while listening to subliminal affirmations with isochronic tunes.

8"BPEL- 5.25"Girth

Saturday, 28’Th of September: New routine 5min warm-up while kegeling 5-6 sec holds, 16 A-stretches 30 sec holds w/wrists as fulcrum alternating hands, 8 sets of regular/dynamic hold for 30 sec in 5 directions stretches, 160 dry jelqs and then B.M pumping in shower 2x5 min upping pressure little by little until maximum expansion for a short period.

Finished off as usual with 30 min of mindfulness meditation while listening to subliminal affirmations w/isochronic tones.

Times: 5 min warm-up, 40 min stretching, 15 min jelqing. Total manual routine time: 60 min.
