One thing i wanna say!

I measured before doing JP90 here is my seize:

Length ( Maximum Erection middle - Ruler bone pressed) : 5.5 “- 14 cm

Girth : 4.5” - between 11,5 Cm - 11,7 Cm

My question now avbout girth with a year or two will full dedication and study how much can it get ?

Should i focus on Length or Girth after Conditioning myself for 3 months ?

Is it possible to achieve Length: 7.5” and Girth 5,5” ?

Maybe more on girth…

I started focusing more on length with manual stretching and jelqs for the first 2 months. I was using a pump 5-10 min at low level to start the session. After a couples of months got a extender, 3-5 hours 4 days a week.
Now I have increase my pump usage and added 1-2 sessions in my day. Taking 2-3 rest days in the week.
I would say that the main factor for me is edging.
Keeping the load for my girlfriend!

Well in my first 3 months of PE, I was watching a lot of porn and always ending with ejaculation.

Now I’m able to control better and stopping before the point of no return. And no need for porn to be rock hard.

I believe that edging(masturbation with no release) is great for PE. I definitely saw some better gains doing this.

Also I’m now a big fan of full package cockring for edging and sex, the hardness and final explosion is way more satisfying.

Wish me luck brother, I wish i was your friend in Real Life, You could have showed me a few tricks here and there to bigger my Python.

Looking at the raw statistics from the site you should realistically expect around 10% gain after one year of average dedication and physique.
Some are "lucky" and gain up to 20% .. +30% gain according to data (which can be erroneous) is possible, but it looks like outliers and probably requires luck and dedication..
