Now I came back and gave a try to beginners routine, I have a problem tho I can’t keep my self even 80% erect for jelqs, my penis goes back to flaccid after 10 reps.Second thing I noticed is that I seem to have better EQ random days example yesterday I had rock hard erections for long time and now I can’t seem to hold one for 3minutes, maybe it has something to do with stress because I have date tomorrow and I know that I am gonna get laid but I’m afraid that I can’t get hard
A always try to keep just a chubby when jelqing. 80% just doesn’t work well, in my experience.
Kegels are also a “sweet spot” type of exercise. There are times when you want to work those muscles hard, but most of the time you just want to get a good stimulus and a good pump. Think about biceps; if you hit them hard, they’re weak for a while. If you do 3 or 4 sets of 12-25, they get pumped up and ready to rock. Your pelvic floor muscles are no different. Use that to your advantage. When you’re just about to the stage of the night when you know you’re about to start making out, flex a few times to get them pumped and primed, and the erecting will happen a lot easier. But if you’ve overworked them in the last day or so, they’re gonna be weak.
