A always try to keep just a chubby when jelqing. 80% just doesn’t work well, in my experience.

Kegels are also a “sweet spot” type of exercise. There are times when you want to work those muscles hard, but most of the time you just want to get a good stimulus and a good pump. Think about biceps; if you hit them hard, they’re weak for a while. If you do 3 or 4 sets of 12-25, they get pumped up and ready to rock. Your pelvic floor muscles are no different. Use that to your advantage. When you’re just about to the stage of the night when you know you’re about to start making out, flex a few times to get them pumped and primed, and the erecting will happen a lot easier. But if you’ve overworked them in the last day or so, they’re gonna be weak.

my guess is that low EQ was due to long hours of bathmate.

ADS is all day, the more, the better. Yes can be added to the newbie routine. However it’s not particularly getting along with pumping as the fluids engorging the dick skin (from using pumps) will make it for lots and lots of slippage and it will be unbearable as well as unwearable.

And I have totally stopped pumping for a while because I think its was biggest reason for my bad EQ. I have also not used any ADS for these days because I don’t wanna ruin this by overdoing anything I will add ADS to my routine after tomorrow, also going to start whit bathmate again but going to take it extra carefully

I watched a lot of porn, which must have had something to do with bad EQ, because now I’ve been without porn and I haven’t ejaculated in a couple of weeks, I have more sudden erections compared to the fact that sometimes I didn’t even get turned on by porn

I had (and others on here have reported) decreased EQ when starting PE.

My theory on that is that when you have “newly gains” the connective tissue layers of the penis grow faster than the corpus can. So you have a larger balloon with the same amount of air, at first. But the vessels catch up, especially with doing jelquing etc, and EQ comes back to normal again.
