Hello everyone I am Jason and I am new to this whole PE stuff and I need help. I started PE about 2 months ago and I have run in to a problem. When I first started I didn’t know anything really and I got fooled by commercial stuff so I bought my self a Penimaster pro and bathmate.

However, I used a cheap pump for about a month and I think I overtrained myself, I know I did too much because my penis was limp and blue after pumping. But nothing more than that, my real problem is that my EQ has dropped considerably since I started PE. And I think it’s because I jumped straight into using ADS and Bathmate aggressively, I used Bathmate every other day and PM Everyday for 2-5h and I didn’t take any days off for about 2 months. I think I did gain .25” tho since now that I have slowed down I have lost that .25. I’m wondering if I should stop PE for about two weeks or so until the EQ is at a normal level again, after which I would return to PE with one of the beginners’ routines that can be found here.

I hope someone could tell me what would be best for me?

Yes take a rest break until your EQ has returned, then start with the newbie routine. An important function of the newbie routine is to get your penis accustomed to PE exercises. It is easy to overstress your penis and fatigue it, which can lead to an injury.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Thank you for your answer! I was wondering if it is possible/profitable for me to add ADS or Bathmate to that beginner’s routine after the rest break. And I’m really interested in hanging because I watched Leo and logetivy’s video about PE where he says that hanging has the greatest effect on lenght growth, he also says that you shouldn’t do manual stretches but jump straight into hanging but let the penis adapt and progress slowly.

Also what scares me is that I hardened the ligaments when I jumped straight into a routine that was too hard and I didn’t let the penis adapt. So even in that case would it be ok for me to slowly start hanging after the break. Or should I just start with a beginner’s routine for about two months before adding more volume to the training

I’ll put it this way: I’ve been doing PE for 6 years. I just started pumping again in April, and I started with very low pressures and short sets and very gradually built up, keeping a close eye on all my PIs. You have to be careful because fatigue can creep up on you. I took a few months to build up pressure, and I still don’t get crazy with it. I also still do short sets because my notes tell me that anything over 5 minutes gives me edema. I know it’s hard to rein in the enthusiasm, but this is a long term endeavor and you need patience.

Rest until your EQ returns, then do the newbie routine, and when you get back to pumping, build up slowly and keep a sharp eye on everything.

What is your primary goal?

Ok, so looking at your reply to 32quarters, you’re looking more for length. And yes, hanging seems to be great for it (pumping not so much). I’ll give the same advice, though. Start light and monitor closely. The worst thing you can do is get impatient.

I would personally complete the JP90 before hanging of any sort, but that’s just me. And I gained fairly well from manual stretches, so don’t let anyone tell you they don’t work.

My goal is to get to 7.5” BPEL and 5.5” EG to begin with and see if I can go bigger. I am at the moment 6.1” BPEL and 4.8” EG

I mainly want to focus on length first and follow it up whit girth as many people say its the best way.

I’ve got a really conflicting picture about ADS and how long and how often it should be used, especially if you add it to an already finished program or for example with hanging.

I wouldn’t want to just throw it down the hill because I paid a lot for it and it seems that I’ve also gotten the best results with it so far, even though I haven’t done anything else really :D

Good goals. But a tip from someone who suffered a minor injury in the past: its not specific enough. I’m almost to my long term goal of 8x6, starting from 6.75x4.875, and after my injury I revised it to “8x6 with great EQ and stamina”. Why? Because I was too busy chasing length and wasn’t paying attention to long-term dick health. Without great EQ, you can’t give your girl the full benefit of your hard work. And without stamina, you won’t give it to her for long.

When I recovered from my injury, and was getting full head engorgement again, the ballgame changed. I guess it was more friction to go along with the bigger size, and I ran into a pre-e problem. I’m lasting longer now, but its been a lot of work.

My point here is to keep everything balanced. Jelq for EQ, edge for EQ and stamina, make sure your morning wood situation is good, and avoid injury. Length and girth only matter after that.

ADS isn’t a big risk. I sometimes wish I could go that route to help things along, but I just don’t have that kind of privacy. From what I’ve seen, its a great add-on to manual stretches or hanging.

As of last measurement, I’m 7 7/8” BPEL, but my BPFSL is 8 1/2. That’s why I switched to pumping. I’m having to get creative to craft a balanced pumping setup, but it seems to be working. I reached 8” in the tube pretty consistently last week with no negative PIs, so I think I’m on the right track. But please remember that it took me since mid-April to very carefully work up to this point.

That’s the main idea I’m trying to get across: slow, steady, gradual, and careful.

And I think I’m going to do the following in my routine: I start practicing jelqs and manual stretching, I also try to add ADS to my routine and maybe even pumping twice a week or something. This time I am more careful and proceed more slowly and look at the indicators more.

Do you think my goal is possible? Is there a way to know how much growth potential I have?

What I mean by not specific enough was that it’s only the measurements, not the condition along with them. None of us want a huge semi-usable dick. We want a huge, rock hard veiny dick that lasts long enough to give a woman all she can take. So measurements, plus stamina, plus EQ, plus anything else that’s desirable.

I think your goal is absolutely attainable in the long term if you’re consistent. I don’t think you’re asking too much at all.

Regarding your BPSFL, I seem to remember when I couldn’t get to BPEL either. I used manual stretches as my primary routine, and it passed my BPEL fairly quick. I don’t think I gained anything past the initial newbie gains until that point. Now, my BPSFL is well beyond it, and I’m trying to solidify those stretched flaccid gains as erect gains. Pumping along with stretching might just have been the key all along, but I’ll never know. We’ll just have to see how quick my pumping gains develop.

Ok thank you now I understand and you are indeed right, I want to build stamina and get a good EQ with those measurements. Do you think jelq and maybe kegels is the way to go? Do they improve stamina or just EQ?

I’m going to pump slowly at the beginning because as you said yourself then when you have achieved results BPSFL it’s a good indicator to tell that I have some erect length to fill whit maybe pumping?

For me, jelqs improve EQ and vascularity. Edging improves stamina. Kegels improve EQ, expansion while pumping, and length while stretching.

You didn’t say which bathmate you use, but I highly recommend a pump with a gauge. If it doesn’t have a gauge, very carefully use LIT (length in tube) as a guideline. Start with very gentle pressure and increase LIT by a little bit every week while monitoring for signs of overpressure.

Wearing the penimaster pro at the right tension, one hour at a time, will not strain or decrease EQ. It might start hurting on the third, fourth hour but you will condition for it over time. You can overdo the length and tension though, and screw things, maybe even injure yourself.

Regarding the bathmate, it’s essentially a pump without a gauge so I don’t see it as a newbie tool by any means; it requires paciente, observation and trial and error, all of those things which come with experience.

Hello guys! I took some time off from PE totally! Now I came back and gave a try to beginners routine, I have a problem tho I can’t keep my self even 80% erect for jelqs, my penis goes back to flaccid after 10 reps.

Second thing I noticed is that I seem to have better EQ random days example yesterday I had rock hard erections for long time and now I can’t seem to hold one for 3minutes, maybe it has something to do with stress because I have date tomorrow and I know that I am gonna get laid but I’m afraid that I can’t get hard
