What leads to weak pelvic foor tight pelvic floor

For over 5 months I have been having veinous leak like symptoms after retracting my foreskin for an hour at a time while I had already inflamed mondors veins going around the head of the penis. Previously when touching this vein it would immediately flare up. This vein would be around the tip of the foreskin and go all the way down the shaft. When retracting my foreskin it would become extra inflamed because it would be stretched and moved. After repeatedly retracting my foreskin for about 30 min to an hour. This vein and much of the glans would feel inflamed. Every time I kegel this vein and others flare up immideatly. It is significantly harder to get and maintain erections due to the blood flowing out of my penis. These changes almost felt overnight and have only improved minorly with serrapeptase. After masterbating and peeing I have a burning sensation at the tip of my penis glans when peeing and ejaculating. My entire penis almost always feels floppy like it has poor blood flow and is slightly cold to touch. Could it also possible for these dorsal veins to be so thrombosed and plaque filled that cannot be pinched off by the smooth muscle that they are making my penis deflate? I have had a porn addiction after this happened but I can assure you that this not the reason for my ed because I started this addiction after the injury. Because of this I have not given these veins a chance to heal. So do you think this could be an issue with my dorsal veins not able to close because they are thrombosed and filled with plaque. Or is because of pelvic floor weakness/tightness , my penis is firm flaccid for certain periods of the day. Or does this sound like a scar tissue issue. Your help would be greatly appreciated thankyou.

Sorry if someone know how to move this to the injury section that would be great
