As I helped him quite a bit in my early years in administrative tasks and on patients visits (yeah, deep country life, the “village doctor” model) I got some half-bred knowledge about medical stuff.
And then I worked for some years for a medical and pharmaceutical company so my half-bred knowledge became even more half-bred.

I pretty much understand the slang and know where to look for information, but I am the only family member who is not working in healthcare.

I’ll be 25 next week and I’ve been working on……..

1. Getting on social security so I can get tested for High Functioning Aspergers Syndrome and receive help with job training.
2. Losing the last 45 lbs. I lost over 50 and then lost my gym membership. I had to lay off this week due to a cold but I’ve been doing Convict Conditioning and working out at home for about a month now.
3. Gluten free diet. After a couple weeks I’m thinking more clearly and don’t get depressed as often.
4. Eventually I will have to go back to college, but so far I’ve been reading ebooks on various things and fixed the microwave.
5. Forgiving the ex wife for being an emotionally abusive train wreck that compelled me to give up a $50,000 a year job in the Navy for her to leave me for some emo frycook doushe. In all fairness her paying for the whole divorce did make me feel better. C’est la vie!
6. I’m working on a new PE program where I’m only doing my routine in 3 short 2-3 minute sessions throughout the day. And a lot of emphasis on training my kegel muscles to lift weights for time, not reps.
7. I already know a lot about seduction and generally don’t give a shit about getting layed, but I think I may work on getting my act together for a new relationship.

What else am I working on

I am working on my accounting degree.

I am working on losing another 15pounds. I’ve already lost 25 since the beginning of this year. I was 210 and now I’m 185. This time next year I want to be 170 pounds, or whatever it takes to have my six pack back.

Working on foreskin restoration. Started this year with a CI-1 probably, did not measure, and now I am almost a Ci-4. I did most of this with jelqing!

Gonna work on getting rid of my turkey neck. It is not big but I don’t want it.

I want to gain another inch in length and 1/4 in girth by the end of 2013. I also want to have a CI-6 by the end of next year.

I want to do all of this and keep a great relationship with my wife, children, and maintain my 3.2 GPA.

Wow this is December 16, 2012! Does this count as my New Years resolutions? I guess it can.

I work on myself physically using gymnastic strength conditioning and yoga. I am aiming to be able to perform a planche and then press into a handstand, and why not.?

I became an Osteopath 5 years ago and now I am ready to combine this knowledge and experience with my exercise knowledge to help others progress physically.

I recommend everyone to read ‘As a man thinketh’ by James Allen, a small but very inspiring read. As he says ‘mind is the master weaver, both of the inner garment of character and the outer garment of circumstance, and that, as they may have hitherto woven in ignorance and pain they may now weave in enlightenment and happiness.’

As for becoming taller, its not impossible. Inversion therapy and yoga can indeed help to lengthen your connective tissues, which is what your inter vertebral discs and ligaments are made from. It’s also what everyone on here is changing by doing PE and what I am about to write a little post on. Also, you can achieve an overall length change in your spine by smoothing out the curves in your spine. It takes time for exactly the same reasons as does PE but its possible.
