I am really confused as to what method I should use if I’m happy with my length but would like more girth and it feels like the skin doesn’t give my cock enough room to expand as it should be able too , I’ve had that problem since I was a teen.

I’m new too. From what I been seeing in past threads, most senior guys advise that you start with the newbie routine . That routine should get your P ready for what ever exercises are recomended more for girth.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks. However, in your situation you should cut out the stretches.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

I don’t think there is a need to visit another site for any information regarding PE. That’s just my opinion.

If you are completely new to PE than you must do the newbie routine in order to condition your dick for more advanced routines.

Also, the newbie routine will help prevent injury through conditioning and learning. You will learn the feelings exercise gives your dick and you will also perfect technique so the exercises work for you personally.

It is the beat idea to do the newbie routine steady for three months or so. After that you will be able to do more advanced and targeted routines.

…after you’re well conditioned, look into the Uli and Horse440. They have been helpful for me. I’m sure there are much more experienced guys on this forum who can provide various exercises.

Note: opting to bypass the newbie routine and going for advanced exercises is going to lead to some nasty issues/injury.
