What to do about negative PIs
I have been on the newbie routine for a week now, with a 2 day on 1 day off schedule. I skipped a few days of kegeling and as I was doing my normal stretch x jelq routine today, my erection wasn’t as easy to maintain as normally would. Yesterday was my off day and the day before I did 300 jelqs by mistake instead of 150. I also had the stomach flu yesterday so I didn’t wake up with a boner (I think the flu had to do with it). I caught a 70% boner this morning but it seemed unusual because my morning boner is usually at 80%-100%. I obviously DO NOT want to take a break from PEing, as you can see I have certain goals to reach by November (see sig.) But am I overworking my unit? My stretches are a simple 40 seconds each from 9 angles. (N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SW, SE, and straight ahead) And my jelq grip is a medium high. After my session and warm down and my 50 kegels, I had to tug one off just to get a load off and I was doing it at 80%, which is also low for me. I need to know, did the 300 jelqs the other day affect my dick? Or is it the grip when I’m jelqing? Or something else?
