My question to all the vets here is “Can you over train without negative PI’s”??

I would like everyone to look at my routine lately in the Progress thread and tell me what you think.
Not about my routine, about my question. The reason I ask is I feel sometimes I do over do it, but
my dick says otherwise. Lets take last night for instance I did a very long routine and kind of heavy.
The only thing that I feel is a nice ache at the base of my dick, otherwise things are good.

I woke up with a raging bull hard on this morning, Mr J. is still plump and long looking.
I personally think that you can over train and have no actual noticeable negative PI’s. Look I am by
no means sparkyx, kingpole, ticktickticker or any other vet out there with such vast knowledge of the penis and PE. But, isn’t it possible that there are negative things happening inside the penis that we cannot see and or feel? Take me for example, I do some very hard workouts and have really never had negative PI’s except like once; isn’t not growing a negative PI? Is it possible that my tunica is toughing up without me knowing, making it harder to grow?

I am just throwing out what is on my mind to see what everyone thinks. I have heard if you are not growing
change your routine or do longer or more sets or higher weight, or do less ect. ect… If you do not see what
negative is going on inside your penis then how would you know what to do next? I already know that my problem is my consistency, I am changing that now and I have a long way to go. I know I need to take it easy on my routine. The hard part is and I think I speak for a lot of guys here that are having a difficult time growing, what do I do? Do I take the less is more approach or do I start gradually upping my routine? Without visible negative PI’s who really does know? Yes I know, if you are not growing then change your routine but could it not be a little more difficult than that?

Well if you have no negative PI’s, then it’s not really overtraining.

However, if you’ve stopped growing, your dick just may have toughened up. In that case, I would advise a short deconditioning break, say a week.

I am not sure if one week is enough for a ‘decon break’. In my opinion at least two weeks.

And from what i’ve seen 3 weeks is a short decon break, two might be sufficient, depending on how much you’ve grown
