I’m curious what’s best for length gains?

Hanging or stretching?

Right now I’m using the newbie routine (Its my second week in).

Once I do the newbie routine for a few months I’m planning on doing some more advanced stuff.

Hanging, stretching, clamping, pumping, etc.

Well what works for one person doesn’t always work for someone else. Find what works for you. Stretching works great for me and hanging didn’t. But other members saw great gains with hanging. JAI stretches are another thing to look into.

As someone who is new. Stick to the newbie routine, but lightly experiment with new and more advanced stuff. You can try hanging, but with really low weight. you can try pumping, but with very low vacuum and duration etc… Make sure to get your rest days in there. I’ve literally only noticed my growth on a rest day. one on one off for the first while.

Good luck and stick with it. You might go weeks or months without growth. But it will come. I was a doubter at first, but not anymore.

We are all different which makes PE subjective to each of us. Stick to the newbie and as you feel more comfortable add in more stretches. That would be my first plan of attack from there if length is what your after and find your not gaining then maybe you can consider hanging. HOWEVER hanging takes lots of time and dedication, more so then any other form of PE it also has the biggest learning curve. Hanging is truly a slow process and hours upon hours a day tied to a chair is what your looking at. I personally start to hate it after about six weeks and then I stop for a bit and go at it again until I can’t it mentally.

One other thing to keep in mind is some of us gain length easy and some of us gain girth easy. So depending on that it may shape your future PE routine

Stretching in my opinion. As others said hanging takes time and hangers can be tricky.

Learn tricks and improve your stretching routine. You will see erect gains faster than hanging.

Hanging requires an hour a day (minimum three days a week) of privacy. If this is not possible look further into stretchin. I used hanging for three months, three times a week and gained 14” in EL.

However, use of devices should only be pursued after conditioning your dick.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your life routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Tried hanging for over 4 months, hours a day and gained absolutely nothing. Manual stretches and extending is what has gotten me some length.

Also, as already said, hanging is time consuming AF and wrapping is just a hassle, IMO.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

If you have no privacy then stretching is the way to go. What matters is time under tension. Remember that, Time under tension.

You can scatter your routine throughout the day. Total time is important.
