Hey guys,

As the title mentions, I’m an uncut guy here (newb). What’s wrong with this technique? How else is an uncut guy supposed to stretch his ligs properly? Otherwise, if I allow the foreskin to cover my glans and stretch at the foreskin, just feels like the skin gets stretch. Definitely no lig work.

Can only uncut guys please answer? Thanks.

I too am uncut and recently have been using a grip directly on my glans and feel that gives me the best stretch. I’ve always struggled with stretching as being uncut, as you know, provides challenges in dealing with the foreskin. Sometimes it definitely seems like it makes it tough to have to battle the foreskins tendency to want to roll back up even when retracting it.

So I’ve been gripping from my glans, using baby powder to help with slippage, using toilet paper wrapped on the head to help with the grip, and have also used a v-grip which has helped.

In case you don’t know the v-grip: make a V with your index and middle finger and place your penis head between these two fingers just under your penis head. Make sure your head is being gripped in this V at the wedge of your two fingers, so at the bottom of the V when you make the V shape. Curl your fingers, into your fist so now your head is basically sticking out from your fist. Now stretch and you’ll notice it’s a pretty good grip! Hopefully I explained it well enough for you!

I also grip directly from my head with baby powder as I mentioned. I don’t grip excessively hard and never get any pain so to me, for us uncut guys, this can be beneficial. I find it hard to get a good “sore” lig stretch feeling because of the challenges of uncut stretching but this methods help a bit.

I’d also love to hear from uncut guys here as to how to get a proper stretch where we can really feel it like I often hear cut guys describe!

Well, for a start I’m uncut and don’t seem to have problems stretching with a foreskin. My foreskin remains over my glans while stretching, since I’m completely flaccid during the stretch.

I don’t over stretch, I just pull until I feel a nice stretch. I could pull as much as I wanted, but I like to play safe. I use a grip with my thumb and 2 or 3 fingers, being careful not anchor my grip on the glans. The main force of the grip is on the sides, with the arch of my hand at the top, and tips of my fingers at the bottom of the shaft.

Now, the reason why we don’t use the glans to anchor, or apply too much pressure to the top of the penis is:

The dorsal nerve of the penis, as well as the dorsal veins and artery run along the top of the penis. This is the main reason why we try not to apply pressure to the top of the penis while PEing. When you Jelq or clamp for example, you are always advised to not apply pressure to the top or bottom of the penis…. the bottom because of the Urethra.

Now, this dorsal nerve continues the length of the shaft and ends on the glans of the penis. By griping or anchoring your hand on the glans, you risk detaching this nerve from your glans, thereby reducing your penis to a withering, unresponsive, piece of flesh, for what could be the rest of your life.

Another result of this, would be me and others having to read approx. 50 pages of an injury thread, where the said person who fucked up there dick, blames everyone, except themselves, for their dead penis.

These exercise have been designed with your safety in mind. Majority of injuries happen to newbies, who think they know better.

Uncut and I grip my head no problem foreskin pulled back.. I don’t want foreskin stretch either.. Best way is thumb on top of the head with your pointer and middle finger coming up underneath like a upside down peace sign. I also sometimes use my other hand’s thumb just slightly under the other thumb. First get it with one hand though and you’ll see what I mean.. Just know how to read your body if you use this method
