What’s your Best 2018 PE Lesson Learned?

Hey Everyone,

What’s one or two things that you learned or discovered about PE this year that’s been most helpful for you? (I’d love to hear from newbies and vets alike on this.)

For me, I think it’s the immediate gratification of wearing a cock ring all day - fuller hang instantly - but it took patience and caution to find the right fit. I think it’s also helped me with legit gains too.

One other would be the value of finding a PE routine that fits with my lifestyle - more sustainable and enjoyable. I’m confident I’ll stick with PE much longer than I had in the past.

Due to nerve damage in my back and pelvic region i am inconsistent.

This is a good question. I would have to say my clamping technique, which took months to dial in. It’s a combination of pressing the clamp into my fat pad while at the same time edging with the other hand, and also the way that I edge and also the intensity of my clamp.

A lot of this stuff really takes time to dial the technique in. Some people give up on a technique before it is even fined tuned, and assume that gains could not happen. A few months to really figure something out should be expected for a lot of techniques. I could say the same thing about my clamp routine with jelqing. I have learned how to be even more productive with my jelqs this year as well, after already thinking I had it down to the tee.

I wouldn’t say it’s a lesson, but for me the most significant change in my routine was adding heat to my extending cycles.

What type of ring do you use? I have been using a few weeks 1 of silicone discomfort in the testicular canals. I used it as a whole package. Your?

I would like to be able to use it without discomfort.

Read a lot of successful stories.
So, now i know that if it was possible for someone else, it is for me also. I can, i will. For sure.

Another thing, depression is probably your worst enemy even in PE. Take care of your healt before thinking about your penis or you’ll just lose your time.

Titleist, Kingscounty, Skygod - would love to hear more regarding stupidity and gullibility

Makehergocrazy - very cool about refining your clamping technique. I found that even manual stretches took me months to really refine and gain good sensitivity to.

LittleEngine - I’ve appreciated reading members’ encouragement about using heat - it led me to start doing my stretches in the shower after warming up in there for a few minutes, and it’s been a great change to my routine. What kind of heat do you use?

Celtibero - I’ll look for the link. I also find it uncomfortable BTB (behind the balls) so find one for the base of my shaft - one that has a lot of stretch so that it is comfortable when I’m hard or soft throughout the day.

As for the question…
And this is more of a learning vs learned but how frustrating a plateau can be following newbie gains.

I am in awe of the vets that have worked through plateaus and broken the 2” gained bearing that continues to kick my arse.

There is a lot to be said for the veterans on this site and the amount of valuable knowledge they have.
