When and Where to PE?

I have a job that allows some flexibility for time, but my wife is home when I am. I am looking for some creative times and places to get some jelking in. Also, I shower, do some mild stretching, but can’t find more time. Any help would be appreciated. I wish I had 30minutes to an hour uninterupted to get a good workout at home but don’t. Where do you guys do it?

I am a house shower guy myself but on occasion I will run into the bathroom at work to do some jelqs @ 50-60%. Usually for about 5 minutes. You gotta figure, if you do 5min two to three times a day, it’s not perfect but it’s enough add to a regimen to get some gains I would imagine..

Thank God for single rooms LOL But even if I had a roommate I would still do it whenever I felt the need. My former roommate saw me naked all the time (I sleep naked) so I wouldn’t care if he saw me doing PE.

Biscuit brings up a question I have had: Does a few small sessions per day equal one long (no pun intended) one?

Just an update: I have restarted pe and stretch in the shower, jelq about 50-100 times. Then later in the day in a restroom, I’ll jelq about 50 times, then that night stretch again and jelq about 50 times after the wife goes to sleep (unless were doing other things.

i usually do it after i come home from the gym…..

Like West99 said. Get up earlier.

I believe multiple short sessions during the day are much better than one long session if you can keep extended between sessions. If you can not get by with an ADS better one intense session right before bed, then sleep in a Fowfer.

Only you know how she would react but maybe you could let your wife in on your little secret. I have told my wife and she thought it was kind of strange, but she was supportive, especially when she saw that it was working. It really allowed for much more PE time.

Yes, I do much the same. Jelq / stretch in the shower morning and night, with manual stretches in bed morning and night. All done clandestinely as my wife would think I’m more weird than she already thinks I am.

Learn to dry jelq (some cut guys can do it too). You can do them even inside your pants.
