When can I start threads in other areas?

Hi everyone,

I’m new to PE and Thunders, but not the principles behind it all. I tried to start a new thread in the hangers forum and was denied the right to do so. Is there a certain post number or something before new people can post in other areas than the newbie section?

You need to have a post count of at least 20, and have been a member for at least 2 weeks. Only then may you create new threads in other areas. The good thing is—and I may be wrong on this—is that you’ll be able to post in existing threads in other areas after you’ve hit the 20 post mark. Give it a go after you have 20 posts, hopefully I’m not wrong on that one. ;)
