When do I know PE isn't working
Hello everyone, this is my first post.
Well I just discovered this site (along with a lot of info about PE) today and I decided to give it a try. Right now, my biggest fear is that I’m going to over-do-it/hurt myself. Well, today was the first day I did the newbie routine(I hope I did it correctly) and it felt awkward and uncomfortable. If this is going to pay off in the long run (which I hope it does) then I am willing to put the time/effort in. However, the last thing I wanna do is PE for a year or so and find it had no effect. So I am wondering if there is a certain amount of time I should give myself before stopping and/or changing my PE routine.

BPEL- 5.4 in
EG- 5 in

BPEL- 6.2 in
EG- 5.5 in
