When is a decon. required

Is there a certain time when deconditioning is required? Once every few months? Also, how long are breaks? A few weeks to a month or more?

Most people decon when they’ve hit a plateau, in other words, haven’t gained for X amount of weeks.

Slack, how long are you planning on taking off?

Probably another month or so, maybe more. Ive acually been off since late October, so Ive been off 2 and a half months now, I may restart at the start of February, I haven’t decided yet.

I’d suggest taking at least a month off every once in a while, as much for your sanity as for your dick.
